  Loved our stay, room was perfect, no complaints!

  We had a king size room with balcony, room was very clean, had everything you need. The bathroom was huge with walk in shower aswell as whirlpool bath, so we spent more time in the room than we usually would in hotels! Breakfast was really good aswell, getting up by 9am isn't our strong point but it was worth it. We would definitely come again, quite far from the centre but it was easy to get a tram there and back, and meant you don't have noise to deal with outside.

  Four day break

  Stayed here for four nights. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to look after you. Breakfast was lovely and we really enjoyed it.We will definatley come back.A lovely hotel with beautiful sea views.

  Return visit

  Due to our previous excellent experience we booked again to see the illuminations coinciding with our wedding anniversary ,Warm welcome on arrival even with the COVID-19 restrictions. Different room from last stay but as good but without the views. When we went into the room is was noticeably cold which I mentioned to Graham who said they havent put the heating on yet. After we settled in the room I went down to reception and asked for a heater which was provided, I have to say I felt awkward to ask for one and on reflection maybe it should have been offered at the time but other than that it was a nice stay with really nice breakfast. We didnt dine in the evening as made other arrangements but will try on our next visit.

  Superb hotel

  Just spent two nights at this hotel. The food was 1st class and the room really special. My wife enjoyed the Whirlpool bath and everything else in the room was superb. From booking in with Victoria to checking out, the service was excellent. A special mention for Victoria who went out of her way to please our every request. We will definitely recommend to friends and we will be back again.

  Great accommodation and ultra-friendly hosts

  Writing this in our luxurious room (Drama/ room 8) with jacuzzi bath, comfortable bed, sofa, TV, DVD and attached room for our daughter. Breakfast and dinner were both cooked to perfection by Mark, whose cooking was almost as good as his banter! If you want an up-market hotel with genuine, friendly service which is close to the attractions, yet really quiet, then this is the place for you. We will be back!
