  Best B&B in Kent

  pasamos un Gran fin de semana en Deal.Golf en cinque ports, grandes Pub y la hospitalidad de Nicky y Mark, excelente desayuno, habitaciones muy acogedoras, limpias, espaciosas....Genial...100% recomendable... Con Mark (gran golfista) se pueda hablar horas sobre Golf..

  Very comfortable room, ideal location, great breakfasts!

  - The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Had everything you needed for a short stay. - Staff very friendly and gave handy tips on where to go and what to do - Breakfasts are lovely and very filling - try their eggs bendict/royale etc, VERY tasty and poached eggs are amazing! Local produce used and they even have a little shop selling locally made preservatives, beverages, art work etc - The hotel is in an ideal location - a very short walk away from the beach, the castle and the local high street I would thoroughly reccommend staying here - lovely litle hotel! :) (With parking, you will need to ask the staff for a permit, as you are only allowed to park outside on their street for about 2 hours. But there is free parking on the main road nearby and along the beach if you are happy to walk a short distance)

  Most incredible quality breakfast

  Myself and my family decided to pop in to number one B and B to have a spot of breakfast whilst enjoying a wander along deal seafront and boy did we have the finest food ever... simple flavours and all locally sourced ingredients including the best black pudding on earth from the black pig butcher just down the road but the bacon was superb being of the old style "rind on" which is so unique nowadays.. the service was brilliant and we will certainly be getting ourselves back for some more lovely grub!!!

  Fantastic service

  One night we locked ourselves out, and the hostess could not have been more forgiving. Even though it was late at night. 5 star breakfast also. Centrally located. If you want to sleep late ask for a room away from the dining room.

  My idea of the perfect B&B

  This B&B was recommended to me - always a good sign - and I wasn't to be disappointed. Wanted a long weekend away for my wedding anniversary and Deal had always appealed based on what I remembered and knew about it. I asked a friend, who I knew regularly visited Deal, and he suggested Number One. From very first e-mail contact with Susan I knew I'd made right decision. Location is great, next road form castle, 1 minute walk to beach and just a few minutes from main pubs, restaurants and shops. If there is any downside it is that parking is a little difficult at times. Susan gave a friendly welcome and explained about the B&B and locality. Covid19 rules were spot on - very safe. Room was spotless and good size. Breakfast was delicious and pretty much sets you up until the evening ! Susan will help with any suggestions on the local area - whether its places to visit, restaurants to eat in or good shops. All in all a lovely weekend and we will be back.
