  Estimados Señores Hotel Nuvia Aqua : Visitamos el hotel 2/4/2018 y nos parecio exelente todo la comida comimos delicioso el servicio la animacion fue super super exelente me encanto todas las personas que atienden alli son exelentes con animos y deseos de trabajar dejamos el estres atras nos sentimos relajados es super llegar alli con ustedes felicitaciones por todo sigan adelante volveriamos a regresar y visitar el Hotel todo nos gusto todo super super esperamos regresar !!

  Hotel muy poco cuidado,se ve que ha estado parado mucho tiempo.Wifi de pago y solo funciona en hall y piscina y depende de las horas va regular.La comida variada pero muy baja calidad.El servicio amable salvo en la recepción,las camas cómodas y limpias,las duchas muy mejorables.Lo mejor las piscinas con toboganes.Porque la playa privada solo tiene acceso de baño atrvés del enbarcadero.

  For anyone travelling to Egypt Id advise any hotel except this one as there not friendly there after money for anything its not a 5* star hotel Id say its a 2* star bed bugs in rooms food Alful not children friendly its all round a bad bad hotel were English and not posh but this is one of the worst experience Ive ever had out in Egypt Id avoid this hotel at any cost the drink is ruff and the food is worse not one meal I could hold down from this hotel every time we went to go out the hotel the staff would ask if we wanted a taxi and then would charge us all different prices to get about the ground staff and management of this hotel is alful they except you to pay for a new room once you have already paid for a room then to have to stay in a room for two days due to getting bitten badly in the room from bed bugs no staff said sorry no one said anything accept go to a pharmacy witch then you go to to be charged 15 English pound for a cream that dont even work they will sell you anything to try keep you quiet in fact Im sorry I had to speak you I paid for poolside I got given a room facing a wall ! Food dont get served all day like most hotels and children are left with no activities throughout the day ! Only enitertainment is of a night time kids 30mins adults 30 mins this hotel was terrible and Ill never return to such a shamble of a place ! Egypt as a country is beautiful and you can make your time good of you want to but you shouldnt have to go out everyday and evening when you paid for this already Id advise anyone to avoid this place at any cost honestly never again ! Ive written a formal complaint to the hotel and also sunshine to get my money back for this hotel as I cant believe this happened honestly such a bad time I cant express how bad this place is and how much to avoid this place Ive been Egypt many times and most hotels Ive been to have been brilliant this one was of the scale of anything I felt like I was in a hostel In the uk thats how bad it was off a night time they come round with a smoke machine that flooded the rooms with a smell you cant get rid of just because there trying to get rid of mosquitos and flys no one should have to face this on our stay we also see two children badly hurt them self and the hotel didnt help them just sent them to a hoisptal to bill them in English just for a cast on there legs as the aqua park was dangerous and no staff are real lifeguards so scared to jump in a save kids if there hurt etc two poor children enjoying them self both have broken legs from what was meant to be a good holiday staff constantly asking for tips and over charging for drinks and food cabs they just tried to rip us off as English people I didnt feel welcome at all in fact I wanted to be back home within the first two days of being there I must say everyone must avoid this hotel at any cost !!!

  HONEST REVIEW...of a 2 star hotel

  Please don't go here, if you are change hotel. Food - 0/5 you will get ill. It is honestly dangerous. The only edible option is the bread, yes it isn't actually nice, but you won't throw up either. The Chinese and Italian restaurants are not free they charge for drinks which are a fair price, BUT you can only go to one of them, once per stay. Drinks - 3/5 drinks are OK, good quality for an all inclusive,its getting the drink that is the problem. Cups are that small you go to the bar every 5 mins and have to face the rude bar staff. And the bars are not 24hours as they say. Rooms - 0/5 air con is good and free, just literally don't let the bed bugs bite...no joke. I'd say around a third of all guests were heavily bitten during our stay. WiFi - 1/5 very poor and costs English £10 for 5 days. I'd recommend getting a data package on your network before travelling. Animation - 2/5 they do the best they can with what they have, which isn't much. They have a stage and broken microphone, and have the hard job of entertaining everyone which is hard, not the animation teams fault. Water Park - 3/5 about the best thing this hotel has to offer. It is big and lots of fun for the kids. It is open 11am to 1pm then 3pm to 5pm So overall its around a 2 star hotel in all honesty. Maybe if they get the food better, get shut of the bed bugs ASAP then it may get up to a 3 star. 5star is an insult, especially to the people like you looking at this, that will have paid good money for a nice holiday and you will be getting robbed. If however you expect a 2 star before you go, won't eat any food and sleep on the beach you probably won't be too disappointed. I will return to Egypt at some point, just well away from nubia.
