    What a lovely stay

    The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful location. Nice pools and the beach that bellongs to the hotel. Had a great animation team and every evening had a different show. Food was absolutely amazing! Staff were very friendly, special thank you to Adem, he was really friendly, funny and really helped us a lot during our stay. Hope to visit again in the near future. Thank you all for the lovely time we had at Noxinn Deluxe!

    Girls Holiday

    We stayed at the Nox Inn Deluxe for a week in October and we were very impressed with the hotel, the food and the room for the price we paid. We were very pleased with our room, it was very modern and we had one of the biggest balconys with a lovely view of the beach and mountains. We had seen mixed recent reviews on the hotel and so was a little skeptical before arriving, however, we can honestly say it was a really good, relaxed holiday that we both really enjoyed. The food was also very nice. Konakli is a little more quiet, however its close to the Alanya town which has lots of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. We also had matching tattoos whilst away and would just like to thank Davinci Ink for their work and free transfers to and from the hotel. We also booked a few excursions with a local company around 5 minutes from the hotel and we would definitely recommend the Jeep safari as a day trip, lots of culture and exploring! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you all of the staff.

    Brilliant staff

    We were staying for 3 days only in this hotel before it was closed 3rd October. However, we would like to say huge thank you to people who really took care about us. We will praise them as they help us to deal with difficult situation when travel agency ( disgraceful Teletext holidays) simply abandoned us. Gem, Salem, Umud organised contact with the travel agent and our transfer to the different hotel when travel agent miserably fail. These men were brilliant and without their support we would be completely devastated. Covid times are difficult for everyone. However, the hotel staff try to do the best for their guests. The spa staff is professional and friendly. We would recommend to visit it- satisfaction guaranteed. Food was good, sea was warm and clean. General impression was that everyone is trying to feel you good! We were really sorry to leave Noxinn as we love to stay in it! Once more, thank you all who made us feel good!

    Hubby Bday

    I stayed at Noxinn Hotel for 4 nights with my husband and friends for my husband bday weekender. Excellent customer service Receptionist Umet is awesome housekeeper Fatima is so lovely she make sure our room is cleaned every day. Not forgetting Murat at the bar by the pool making me his special cocktails We will definitely be back soon

    Covid 19 Experience

    We visited Noxinn Deluxe end September 2020, First the good points the staff are fantastic but very little English this hotel is for Germans and Russians, the rooms are clean, and very well presented, we had a problem with our air conditioning but it was put right the same day, the food is very well presented but cold, in our 10 day stay I didn't get a hot meal once except omelets at breakfast, we went out 4 times at night to get a hot meal even though we were all inclusive, the swimming pool is fantastic sun beds are ok, the sea is dirty and with rubbish floating about, we even swam past some poo? we didn't go in the sea after that. the music around the pool was loud with very loud base and not in English. we were meant to be there for 2 weeks but after 7 days we were told that the hotel was closing on the Wednesday and we were going to be moved to another hotel with no discussion we didn't even get told by the hotel we found out by a photographer, we were told everything had been transferred and we would be picked up from the new hotel for our transfers, this was a disaster at the labranda on the day we were leaving they had no idea about our transfer it cost 25 pound in calls as they wouldn't call England for us and we had to get a taxi back to Noxinn out of our own money. in normal times this might be a good hotel but not for Brits.
