  Nice as expected

  Novotel is always a nice hotel to stay at. If you're looking for the services you would get at a luxury hotel and you are not interested in the fancy stuff. Then this is the place for you in Yanbu. The services are good, food is fine, rooms are spacious, and it's not too expensive. My only remark is that they use the leftovers from the dinner buffet at the breakfast buffet the next day (they would still taste fine though)

  Nice hotel, affordable price

  Good location, near beach and public parks, it has good lobby and good restaurants for breakfast, facilities need more improvement, rooms are quite small, front desk people are friendly (Reem & Maye) thank you all

  Home stay

  was as usual very good stay, between my family member, appreciate management and all team for there effort to keep my stay very comfortable, advising traveler to try this experience and seeing the deferent.

  Wonderful Experience - Definitely staying here again in future

  It was my first visit to Yanbu with family and I searched online a large list of hotels, finally deciding on Novotel based on reviews, location and the ideal room fit for my family. I used a local travel website called almosafer.com to do the same. The check-in was nothing short of a nightmare when the reception desk and duty manager both informed me that there was no room in the property which matched by booked room details. Interestingly, the booking copies with both myself and the hotel management were the same specifying the details for a room with 4 people occupancy (2 single beds and one sofabed) at my paid rate. After haggling for almost an hour, the G.M of the hotel, Mr Jihad Hamed, stepped in to resolve the issue knowing fairly well that there had been a blunder. He acknowledged that it was the booking website mistake which wrongly booked me a room at a rate which does not exist. He was generous enough to upgrade me to an Executive Suite that matched my paid booking details for which I was very grateful *NOTE TO ALL READERS*: Be careful of booking any property on Almosafer.com in future. Better to call the hotel and confirm the exact room before you book. Any money paid to ALmosafer never gets returned back no matter if it is the hotel or the website's own mistake. Novotel Yanbu is a 4-star hotel and is an extremely well managed place with all COVID precautions being followed throughout the property. Some positives and negatives (+) Needless to say we loved the executive suite which is very spacious with excellent furnishing, cleanliness and planning with a pool view (+) The rooms are modern and practical in terms of design with all amenities in place (+) The staff especially the ones at restaurant and spa are well trained and extremely supportive (+) Room service is on spot and very efficient (+) All house keeping calls are entertained well in time and responded quickly (+) Enough parking space outside the hotel for you to comfortably park your car (+) Location/area is awesome with a number of fast food restaurants closeby, beach corniche area at a walking distance & other city highlights in close proximity (+) Good gym, neat & clean spa as well as nicely maintained swimming pool Some downsides... (-) The buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing with limited food options (-) Most of the bakery items in our 3 day stay were not fresh and had crumbs falling through (-) Reception staff and duty manager should be more patient with customers especially those with genuine problems

  Very far from Novotels standards...

  We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we were very disappointed. The rooms were not clean, the staff was average, the restaurant was not good... in summary: dont expect to find the same Novotels standards...
