  Fun staycation!!

  Finally the dream of staying at this hotel can be realized. The check-in process was smooth by Dwi and her manager, Mrs. Yeva, who also helped. the rooms are very cozy, the service at the Damsole Bar is also very good, assisted by a staff named Reo..breakfast is also ok and the team is friendly. I hope this good service can be maintained. God bless!!!

  Nice staycation

  Thank you for Novotel Samator hospitality, I did enjoy during my 2nd stay in here also they indeed recognize their member loyalty while stay here. Room was spacious and in the corner room, welcome amenities was perfect. I did enjoy room and my breakfast. Few things need to improve I hope for my next stay i.e. : 1. Please make sure a towel on wash basin did not have a stain, I saw one of it. 2. During breakfast I hope kitchen staff could remind guest to wear mask or wear it properly while they queue for food serving because I saw 2 person did not wear mask and wear it properly and talking with food serving staff while choose their food (This just my suggestion because this for ours own good during pandemic).   Stay vacation

  I have stayvacation with my family for 1 night on 12 February 2021.This hotel is very amazing and complete facility.This hotel has a swimming pool next to the cafe. And the atmosphere is very beautiful because it is on the 5th floor. We got a room on the 20th floor with a very nice city view. The room is very spacious and complete with room equipment. The breakfast menu is very good. All employees are very kind and smiling. And this hotel has implemented health protocols. Thank you for the opportunity to stay and thank you for the surprise on my husband's birthday from the hotel.Always success Novotel Samator.Hope we'll go back soon..

  Amazing Memorable Staycation!

  Novotel Samator,never failed to pleased their guest. The bed is so comfy,clean bathroom,great wifi, and variable TV channel. They also have pool and bar beside it, Restaurant and Reception also very friendly Superb! Keep up!

  Kongkow with nice Hotel

  It's so nice Hotel in East Surabaya, when i visit with my friends for private meeting at Damsole 5th floor. Good taste menu of Iga Bakar, before that im call to Hotel for question about facilities can open during Pandemic, and the staff name is Dika Customer Service very friendly and nice tone for give all information about that. So, for the next time i will try staying here and invite our friends for visit to Novotel Samator, keep it up your excellent service
