  Magnífica atención en recepción

  Hotel muy agradable, gran esfuerzo por parte de las recepcionistas, en especial por parte de Vanessa, se preocupan por subsanar las incidencias y por el confort de los clientes. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y muy bien decoradas, no falta de nada. Un buen lugar para descansar, para los que venimos a trabajar. Recomendable.

  Felt Cheated and advise all to never stay at this hotel

  1) Room not allocated as per Reservation Tariff Paid Had travelled with my family of 4 ie two adults, 2 teenagers and had booked two Superior Rooms with double bed and single bed. On checking in, the receptionist very conveniently charged us for the two Superior rooms but gave us rooms not as per what was listed in the reservation. Please be very careful when you arrive and only accept the room which you have booked for in advance. The receptionist just made stories that the other room was allocated was similar superior but i clearly showed her the room pictures listed on her website and all she said that they were sold out. We had paid for better rooms in advance but alloted not as per reservation. 2) Car Booking Service - The Hotel offers pre-booked fixed charged cars for sight seeing. Please be very careful of Mr Jean Baptist at the reception. We were a group of 8 who had decided to goto the louvre and were exploring travel options with Mr Baptist. He offered to book a fixed fare car from the hotel at 70 Euro. When we reached the Louvre the car driver asked for 88 Euro to our shock. We made a call to Mr Baptist and he laughed and said pay the driver what he needs. We had a discussion with the driver at the Louvre and informed him that he and Mr Baptiste will be reported for cheating. The driver was worried of getting reported and we paid him Euro 70 .Both the above cheating incidents have already been reported to the Hotel Management but no corrective action taken.

  Poor and unsafe stay

  It is my first visit & Holiday to Europe and a terrible BAD one. Stay at Novotel Paris Nord Expo Aulnay for 2nights. Having Breakfast at the consider ballroom place and handbag got stolen.NO help was giving from the hotel. WE have to run around to find the Police station in a country we have there for hours and local Embassy ourself . Is a SUPER bad Experience with the staff the nose stick to the sky. My Queries is why this RAT like people know we are there and handbag got stolen also immedately ..where is the security? and the rats came in by the back door IS MY DOUBTS. NO HELP ..no assistant is giving...among all hotel is this the worst hotel with security at the main door yet the 3 Black dressed rats can get out of the HOTEL..will never step a foot in any Novotel Hotel.

  Good stay during tradeshow

  I booked this hotel for our team for during a nearby tradeshow, since they offered a free shuttle to the Parc des Expositions in Villeointe. Contact ahead to make arrangements went smoothly, and also at the hotel to confirm the above shuttles. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice, with enough different choices.

  Really good but...

  Nice hotel, in a better forget area. Hotel is ok, breakfast also very good, rooms are ok, and internal park (for free) is a must. The outside area is not one of the best you'd expct from Paris, not too dangerous but not one of the ones you see in a postcard. Underground is being build so the connection With Paris will be easier but for now... Personnel is kind and able to help well, arund I saw only some fast food and a nice roundabout with rabbits :) Good if you have a car like we did, 30 minutes to drive to Arc du Triomphe... No good kids at breakfast touch croissants and stuff without noone taking care, these kids should be tied to the chair so they can't touch a thing.
