  Good but Location Not Good

  This is far away from Nagpur,so not ideal to stay.Its spred over large area with all facilities and animities for hotel,,but there are so many good location hotels in CITY CENTRE AND AIRPORT.So,I do not suggest this.I avisited this hotel for a marriage reception given by our friend for his sons marriage and everybody blamed him to hold a function at such a long distance.Moreover,the organisation was also not so good,service not good,only pomp and show.

  A barely completed "resort"

  First off before I was due to stay at this poorly managed and barely completed "resort" I learners that Novotel had pulled their name from this "establishment" due to the owners inability to complete the building. Even though the signs read Novotel it is disassociate from the chain. While I'll also say the shower and beds are probably the only selling point of this place. If you are expecting free wifi, a working kitchen or gym forget about all of that and if you want prompt, competent service you can throw that out the door too. I have seen more competence from a fetus. If you are looking to refrigerate anything forget this too, better to bring an eski/ice box and ask them for a steady supply of ice, above all else the constant black outs (approximately 4-5 per day) can last for anywhere between 30 seconds to 5 minutes, a little inconvenient considering the only stair case is a dimly lit fire escape and my experience of being stuck in the dark, in an elevator isn't one I plan on reliving any time soon. All in all between the place being 40% (and I'm afraid that's being generous) complete I would advise all travellers to Nagpur to black mark this place and stay somewhere closer to town where the hotels are actually finished and fully functional.
