  Good facilities

  Stayed here three nights for a business meeting. My room was clean with basic furniture and amenities including a safe deposit. Rather sound area, when people were talking in the hallway I could easily hear voices in my room. Good meeting facilities. Wifi worked well in all areas. Plentiful breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. The historic city center can be reached by foot within 45 minutes. There is a walking path along the river.

  Good overall

  Stayed one night at the hotel. The bed was comfortable. I got an upgrade, so the room was spacious. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Its difficult to operate the heather or a condition. The bar at the aircraft is nice

  Good Hotel for business trips with amazing wellness area

  Convenient ameninies. Good breakfast, nice rooms and fabulouse spa area included. The staff is very friendly and it was easy to feel welcome. Some parts of the hotel are still a old but the new part of the hotel is very nice.

  Good place to stay - I like the planes

  A good interesting hotel towards the outskirts of Graz. So visiting during the Covid19 season is not the best time to experience all that a hotel has to offer, but at least I can say that the room was fine, clean and tidy. Normal for Austria. The room had no air conditioning - so if it's very hot you might want to upgrade to a room with. A good breakfast - well presented and decent choice. On this visit I didn't use the gym, but I understand there is a good gym, swimming pool and spa. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is pretty large (under the hotel) and has a ticket system. Take a ticket on entry - and then reception will swap it for one to let you out (so as a guest you don't get charged) but you have to remember to ask, otherwise you get stuck! I love the aeroplanes on the roof. I think one is a restaurant and one a bar - but during the C19 times we didn't go. It's about 1.5 miles to the North-West of Graz centre - so it's a taxi or a short drive there. Graz is quite difficult to park in and navigate around, so the taxi is probably easier. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again when in Graz.

  The only hotel with 2 passenger jets on the roof and severall pools and saunas plus excellent breakfast

  The 2 passenger jets on the hotel's roof sre spectacular. They werw put up there in 2018 and serve as restaurants, bars and event places. The hotel itself has restaurants and 26 event rooms. There are indoor pools and saunas on three levesl. The breakfasts are top class. Some parts of the hotel need restauration. The hotel, however, is clean and the rooms, although a bit old fashioned, are also clean and functional. The hotel is not in the centre of town, but can easily be reached by buses 67 or 40, just a few minutes by foot away from the hotel. A stay in this hotel is unique and will never be forgotten.
