  Out of question

  Located quite far out you can reach the Novahoff only by Taxi. The link on the Hotel Site for Trandport is not working, nobody answer the listed phone number. It is the former Imperial Palace Hotel in Urypina. Only the name changed - rest is the same. The dirty room (dust, hair, cold smoke) was not made up on the second day. The SPA is quite expensive - maybe fun with Russian friends, but not for relaxing. The food quality of the restaurant is more or less ok (don't take the chicken) - again quite expensive. WLAN is working only in the Lobby. I can't recommend this Hotel for Business People

  It`s like 3star hotel with 2star management

  My impression at first was strange. In the middle of nowhere, bad parking and inside it looks like Arabian Palace. A little to fancy. Room looks very nice, quite clean i think but i stayed there for like two months and my bed sheets were changed once a week. Sometimes the toilet paper was not replenished and i had to buy my own. Trash bin not cleaned on regular basis. I had a bathtub with a shower handle but the water pressure is compared to a firetruck (i hurt my ball). Internet slow and laggy. One weekend there was no internet at all. Breakfast not included in price and very expensive. They make tee in such small cups i was thinking they`re preserving water. One time i had to pay for breakfast coffee, one time i didn`t. Strange. There are some ups though. During my stay there were twice a beauty contest and the girls were sleeping in the hotel. Really nice views :) There are also some meeting rooms like a smoking room where you can take a drink and a cigarette, sit, relax and socialize. But as all russians hardly anyone speaks english. The SPA is very nice. 4 types of saunsa, 5 types of pools. A little to crowded at weekends. The manager is strange. Doesn`t keep his promices so one day You get something agreed on and the next day its no longer valid. One poor shop around. Inside restaurant very pricey.

  Posh property with terrible service

  Posh property with terrible management and service. Restaurant serves bland food, service is not that good, prices are rather high. (about USD15 for a glass of cheap wine). The neighboring restaurant Swiss Yard is incomparably better.

  A total disaster

  I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. First of all it was very messy and smelly in the lobby and in the restrautant. Also when I had to book it again after awhile(despite the fact that I did not like it for the fist time, I decided to go back there because of its close proximity to GLAVKINO,where I had to go for work to shoot a tvshow). So, a 10 hours before my arrival, they call me and tell me that they had to cancel my booking because they decided to close the hotel for cleaning. And they did not provide me with alternative stay.

  Terrible

  This place clearly stands out of its poor surroundings. A lot of money was invested in this 5 pool, multi sauna gym, hotel and the restaurant. Overall it looks like a brothel. (Red lights, showy and cheap decor, tasteless design. Personnel doesn't speak English. Cafe lacks more than half items on the menu. Needs a new management imho.
