  Best hotel and best service

  Best hotel in pattaya, they are very polite, helpful and very responsive to their customer. Room is very clean, big and very luxury. Location is at just city centre everything is near by. Very kind to all customer's problem, by mistake I made my booking in other month and my booking was non refundable, my travel agent deny for date amendment but when I talked to hotel directly they were very helpful and allow me to modified my date even this was against their policy, because they aim is satisfy and help their customer on every step and suitation. Awesome hotel don't go to negative reviews they are just exceptions

  Frequent Customer but now Extremely Disappointed

  We would choose to stay in a Nova Hotel group whenever we visit Pattaya (Last month we stayed in Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Central). However, we find that Nova Park Hotel has been poorly managed and service has been on a decline (from previous years). Staff frankly don't care about you and give you the impression your disturbing them. Wifi is weak/slow and requires lots of patience. Security needs attention, as we had been woken up by drunken guests slamming their doors 4 am every morning for 3 straight days. Newer chains have seemed to offer better prices and services.

  Showing its age!

  Stayed in November 2019 Easy check in, had a room with a view of the pool on the fourth floor. Room was a great size, more of an apartment than a room. A kitchen with dining table, lounge area with an additional TV which was a nice touch and a large bedroom. Didn't go for the breakfast option but having said that I didn't see a restaurant. The room service comes from the Irish bar that is attached to the hotel. Nice pool and the wife liked the small gym that is on the ground floor. Main concern was the rooms all seem to be smoking and they don't have balconies. Was a smell of smoke in the rooms and they are definitely showing their age, a bit rundown. All in all it was a reasonable price for the size of the room but we did move after three nights to a hotel more central as it's a bit far from the restaurants and bars in Central Pattaya.

  Very noisy

  Thought I would give this hotel a second chance big mistake on arrival had to wait 4 hour before we could check in even tho I had an email one month earlier to say it was all OK to have early check-in and nearly every night there are staff partying out side just below rooms sometimes till early hours of the morning

  The lousiest hotel in Thailand

  This Hotel does not have restaurants and tea/ coffee making arrangement though in the website it says so. For BF you have to go by car to another property. Never ever stay in this Hotel. The staff are also very rude. The location is also very poor
