Nice roomOur room was clean and quite. With a late arrival, we only had the complimentary breakfast. It was very good. You can order eggs to be cooked your own way or have the prepared scrambled eggs. We had a real waitress that was working very hard to make everyone happy. You could tell she likes her job, very efficient. Would stay there again.

Dirty RoomsNot sure about these reviews saying the rooms were clean. We arrived with a group. Every room in our group was dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting. Dirt and grime all over the lamps. Made the mistake of looking under the bed looking for a lost sock: there was dust and trash under the bed, making it clear that housekeeping is severely lacking. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything going on in the rooms next door. There is a nice atrium area with a pool, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong and even a little miniature golf course. Unfortunately, none of that is enough to make me ever want to stay there again! There are nice seating areas scattered around the atrium, but the fact that roaches were crawling over the furniture made me never want to sit on the couches again. Also, there are no elevators. Our room was on the second floor so we had to haul suitcases up and down stairs. There are brand new looking hotels in town, sadly, I would recommend any of those over the Northwest Inn

Highly Disappointed!Check in-We were in town for Fall A Days,2 adults and a 13yr old so we decided this place would keep the 13yr old busy with the game room and pool. I was going to book via Expedia but we are tax exempt and I wanted to save the $30+ in taxes on our 3 night stay. We go in and the lady at check in was extremely nice. She quoted us $75 a night but after finding out why we were in town there was a promo code that dropped our room down to $65 night. She stuck up in an upstairs , inside atrium so that our son could take advantage of the area. The stairs and up stairs walkway are literally falling apart see pics.. Night 1-We checked in on a Thursday so we received free dinner. That night it was pulled pork(obviously from a tub)sliders, salad, very runny banana pudding and tea or water. Overall dinner wasn't too bad and the service was great! Got into the room and the restroom was awful, see pics. Beds are comfortable but ours smelled like oil. TV control didn't work and we were told by the clerk that she couldn't do anything about it,she'd let someone know.We took our son down to play games. Now here is where it gets disappointing. Alot of construction/oil field workers stay here.So they were hanging around drinking and cussing up until 11pm. Gameroom- was extremely disappointing. The pool sticks have little to no tips. Ping pong table is breaking in half and the foosball table is missing half a man. See pics Day 2(Friday)- Breakfast was extremely good, service was amazing. Buffet style and they make omletes. We get back to our room just as housekeeping is coming in. I tell her she doesn't have to do alot except change out towels, please clean bathroom (see pics) and take trash. We leave while she's cleaning. Come back at 9pm to again a bunch of grown ups drinking in the atrium with kids everywhere,bc it's Fall Break. Get back in the room and housekeeping had NOT cleaned the restroom. Day 2(Saturday) New lady at breakfast. She was extremely rude. There was a elderly couple next to us and she was rolling her eyes while the lady was asking her questions,as she walked by us she was mumbling. We came back that evening and there were kids everywhere, did I mention it was Fall Break. I had a lady tell me they were local, rent one room and all their friends bring their kids to use the gameroom-and pool. We get in our room and housekeeping still had not cleaned the bathroom and this time left us NO clean towels. She did take out the trash and make beds.Tonigh there were no adults drinking bc they were in the bar(attached to building)where they had a band. The band could be heard in the atrium it was so loud. Day 3(Sunday)- After the day before we decided to skip breakfast. I was with my son in the atrium and watched the housekeeper toss a mop on the floor, never swept(trash visible on floor)move it around for a few seconds, look around and put it back in the bucket. I guess that's why nothing was clean. In all if this place was CLEANED it could be a nice place to stay. However if you're going to advertise a gameroom,it should have working games. Highly disappointed! There are newer nicer hotels with free breakfast and a pool in town for the same price and that's where we will be staying in the Spring.

Great stay!I highly recommend this hotel. My room was spotless. The hotel offers complimentary dinner on weekday evenings and has a breakfast buffet, with an omelette station. They have fresh cookies upon check-in, a warm indoor pool, mini golf and fitness center. The walls are a bit thin, but other than that, I had a great stay and highly recommend.

Champaign Treatment on a Beer BudgetI have been staying at the Northwest Inn for years whenever I visit Woodward and the ghost town of Quinlan. The rooms are always clean and neat and after a day of photography, the Northwest Inn is a welcome harbor. Did I say free cooked to order breakfast? Yes, that is one of the great reasons for choosing Northwest Inn.
