  Fantastic location, more common sense and attention to detail would hugely improve guests' experience

  Our room overlooked City Park so gorgeous view and easy walking distance to city centre, supermarket etc. Carpark nearest unit had narrowest access I've ever seen, so pretty unusable. Frustrating that obvious details had been overlooked - in room for 4, no towel rail in bathroom, tiny luggage rack directly over toilet - guess where the handtowel ended up?! Kitchen facilities ok but oven dirty. We stayed in a group and friends reported heaters not working, inadequate crockery etc - all stuff that could easily be improved for very little cost.

  Excellent!!! One of very few hotels where we both felt really at homke!

  Room #2. Everything was excellent plus! Clean, comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful Right opposite the City Park, and the beautiful trees and gardens were our view as long as we wished to sit on our chairs on the balcony.

  If you love Rock hard beds this is the place for you. Or maybe camping is more your style ? the bit of greenery growing in the bathroom will make you feel right at home and as an added bonus you may be lucky enough to find what suspiciously looks like human excrement smeared on the walls. Want to watch tv and also love a hard couch? this place also has you covered, they even thought of adding a board under the cushions to give you that outside sitting on a rock feel. And if it's night time when you arrive you get to play find out room in the dark with the kids, literally you can have hours of fun. And of course if you are scared of the dark at night they do have a large light outside your bedroom window with curtains that don't go below the window seal so the light shines on in, that's how thoughtful these guys are. Wifi supplied well yes they say but the password doesn't work so you can spend a few hours of more fun playing guess what it is. If you love all these things then this is the place for you

  Quiet, centrally-located, and a terrific wine selection!

  I stayed here before and after a walking excursion. The staff are friendly, and the hospitality in the restaurant and bar are excellent. The food is good quality and the wine selection extensive. It's no surprise that food-lovers enjoy Tasmanian produce as well as its wine, craft-beers, gin, and whisky. The hotel is within walking distance of Launceston's delightful, historic town centre as well as museums, pubs, the local botanical gardens, amongst other delightful surprises.

  Only good thing is the location.

  Wow - it was a shocker. Very noisy but location is very handy to the CBD. Some of the corridors were very grubby. Locals told us that these apartment blocks are infamous in launceston because they have lots of ladies of the night working from it. We were very happy to leave.
