  Nice location in countryside besides golf course

  The hotel which is a converted old farm with extensions is located on a hill a few kms outside Lemvig town besides a golf course, ideal for golfers. Most local attractions are located in the surroundings of Lemvig like Sea War Museum in Thyborön etc. You definitely need a car to see the area. Rooms are varying in size/standard, we had a recently refurbished double of ordinary size with a roomy bathroom and a nice view over Limfjorden. The free wifi was OK although a bit slow at times. The restaurant is turning out a decent breakfast buffet. Evening meals seems to be of set menu type. The menu was satisfactory and rather innovative. Lunch boxes available on request. If you travel by car select this hotel if staying in Lemvig. Ample parking space. We had booked a package deal which was very priceworthy.

  Choose another hotel

  This visit is probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I visited the hotel with my mom, and she got a tiny room with a dirty bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom really needs cleaning. My room was fine, but worn and dated. We ate in the restaurant, and first of all, we waited a LONG time for the food. My mother ordered the steak, and she said it was good. I ordered the pasta, and it was absolutely terrible. It tasted like yellow cheese, and the pasta was served with carrots. We did not tell the waitress that the food was bad, so that's our fault. The breakfast was OK, but it can not compete with other Danish breakfasts at other hotels. A really, really overprised hotel with bad food. Choose something else if you want a good hotel-experience.

  well placed with a great view and a comfortable restaurant

  Arrived here for two-night stay. The service was good and friendly. the restaurant was very comfortable with good acoustics and very good and friendly service. the food was of good quality as was the wine. the quality`/price ratio is excellent at this hotel. the room was clean and adequate for our needs. The shower needs an upgrade but is usable, and the soundproofing between rooms is not good-so don't talk too loud. :-) very good stay for the money and can be recommended.

  Very nice experience in Lemvig!

  I had a very nice experience at Hotel Nørre Vinkel after a very long and tuff day in Jutland. They gave me a very nice room with huge bathroom and overlooking the bay. A very cosy small private terrasse outside the room where I could do my emails (wifi works perfectly) and enjoy a glass of rose wine before dinner. I went to the restaurant for dinner and managed to eat outside overlooking the town of Lemvig and the golf course. The staff secured a very nice dinner and beautiful wines that gave me the best possible end to a very long day in DK. The breakfast buffet was very nice and especially the home made marmelade and fresh fruit salad gave me the perfect start to day before driving to Copenhagen Airport reaching my flight back to London.

  Good location and good price

  We stayed in the charming real old part of the hotel and had our well prepared meals in the restaurant overlooking the likewise charming town of Lemvig. It was called a gourmet deal. We thought the deal was good although we would question the word gourmet.
