  Lovely

  My husband John and I stayed in Norlands for 2 nights, we were really impressed, the place is spotless. Penny and Niall are a lovely friendly couple and we're very helpful in telling us places to go I would definitely recommend Norlands and a big thank you to Penny and Niall for being so welcoming.

  Great family room

  Lovely place mad excellent hosts. Penny and Niall were lovely. Good choice for breakfast and the room itself had everything you need. The room we had would really suit 2 adults and 2 children or easily 4 adults. 2 single beds and a double. Would highly recommend it to anyone

  Simply Perfect

  This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is spotlessly clean.. and beautifully decorated. Everything matched and was colour coordinated. Nial and Penny are terrific hosts, great to chat with and full of information about Tramore and Waterford. We will definitely be staying there again.

  Warm, friendly environment

  Niall and Penny could not have been more welcoming when we arrived, showing us maps of the local area and about our drive to Cork. The breakfast was lovely (we had all the options on the menu and everyone loved them) and the rooms are spotlessly clean.

  Friendly place

  Wonderful, friendly, family-owned B&B. We had a few rooms one very big at the attic. Not too fr from the beach. Penny was super helpful with everything and had a nice chat with us. It is very nicely decorated what makes is so nice and cozy. Generous and super tasty breakfast.
