  Convenient and 24/7 Reception

  I arrived early in the morning (5 am.) due to unpleasant flight times, and it was no problem getting into my room. Everything worked perfectly. My room was simple, but convenient, and I felt comfortable. The only down-side: There's no lift/elevator, but they will help you with your luggage.

  Reasonable place to stay in Yerevan

  A friend and I spent two nights at this hotel while passing through Yerevan. The staff of the hotel were very nice. The location is convenient. There is nothing luxurious about the property, but the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is quite generous for a hotel of this category. The wifi was a little tentative in the room we had on the top floor.

  Bad experience with Nor Hotel Yerevan

  Unfortunately I had bad experience with this Hotel first in my life , i have book Hotel thru agents in Vienna and paid 280 for 5 nights stay. Morning I have arrived to Armenia to Hotel , the nice girl in receptions she said my name is not showing in their list , she said wait check in will be in 14:00pm and my name will appear in the system , so I was very tired but anyway wait there , later Owner came to Hotel around 11am , I was happy that she will give my room , but unfortunately she said by mistake they give my room to another client so she will help me to transfer another Hotel to their partners. I have agreed as I was tired and paid already for full 5 nights. I cant imagine even , they help to go by walk there around 200miters , its very small 2* Hotel and very very small room with no balcony , like maids room so I paid for this 65$ per nights. Later they said they said they will change to better room , but this building was under construction still I didnt want to stay there. The amazing things is that this hotel cost only 30$ per day , but i have paid 65$ per nights to Nor Hotel. So it means they had profit from me and didnt return it. Its very sad that I had bad experience with Hotel in Yerevan. Staff was nice for both Hotel, but the way they did to me its very bad. Be careful with this Hotel , in the corner city center there is Hotel IBIS , its perfect to stay there 70-75$ per nights only and around European restaurants.

  Nice boutique hotel

  We spent four nights at the hotel. It is situated coneniently close to the City center. Breakfasts are very nice, it is homemade Armenian food. The cook Anais is terrific, and makes great coffee on demand. The hotel has a nice little yard, good for drinking coffee and smoking The staff is polite and very helpful. We also got to meet the beautiful blue eyed young Armenian lady who runs the hotel. Best of luck to her with expanding the business! The only downside for us were the dogs barking during the night, but that's not the hotel's fault.

  Great Service and Staff

  We (a family of four) stayed at this hotel for 16 days and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was really great and the service was exceptional. No complaints at all. They made any and all accommodations possible to make our stay as great as possible. We met the owners directly and they were very conscientious about our well being and stay. The staff there even recommended places that we could visit in Armenia including food and entertainment locations. :)
