Great location but staff are incredibly rudeWhat a disappointment. We stayed here for a week with 4 other families, and I cannot express how utterly disgusted we are at the service of the staff. When we checked in we were warned by kerrie the manager that we were not to lose anything from the apartment, as she knows EXACTLY what is in every unit, and well be charged if even one piece of cutlery is lost. Other families got a similar notice, so we were all slightly shaken from the start as a result of kerries cold and harsh welcome to the holiday residence. The units were nice enough, and the location is great. However, our experience was soon ruined with a second encounter with the management team - we had opened up the sliding doors to the unit to let air in on an increasingly hot day, only to receive and other vicious call telling us to shut the doors immediately, as the curtains were blowing out the doors and getting absolutely filthy. Fair enough, however seeing as we did not notice this and there were no screens to prevent this from happening, the level of aggression was completely uncalled for. On one of the final days of our stay, many families were down at the pool and beach area to escape from the heat. The kids were keen for a volleyball game, and we thought it would be a fantastic end to our stay. We stood in the shallow end of the pool and got a piece of rope, tying it to one side to the other (as they did not have anything for family or children entertainment). There was also plenty of room for anyone else who wanted to swim or join in. Immediately Kerrie came storming down the steps, shouting to take it down, claiming it was a health and safety hazard - we would have accepted this had she not yelled at us and made us feel as though we had trashed the hotel - when we were simply trying to have a good time! Shaken by the level of aggression, we politely apologised. We took down the rope and settled for a smaller game, without the net and using a small rubber ball. Minutes later, kerrie appeared again telling us to put the ball away, as it wasnt allowed. She proceeded to express her discontent of our family fun, claiming that she has never had guests and disrespectful as this and how no one will come here because of [us]. She stayed down at the pool for 20 minutes, ferociously arguing with guests who were calmly trying to approach the issue. She claimed that a guest had made complaints that there were too many people in the pool and therefore felt uncomfortable to swim - in other words, she wanted the families that were staying there to get out so one person could get in. Whilst she was making this argument, two other families and couples made their way down to the pool to swim. We were left feeling like criminals, and our talk about all coming back for the next holiday was off the table. The next day at checkout, we were out of the unit on time and went down to reception to give back the keys, only to be notified that we would be receiving a $50 fee as there were two extra plates and one extra cheese knife in our apartment - we had accidentally taken these after being with another family down at the barbecue. They were also being charged $50, as they had 2 missing plates and cheese knife. So, both of us were being charged for them to simply walk from one apartment to the other to put the crockery back. Last time I checked, it was better to have someone bubbly and polite greeting the guests in your hotel, instead of someone whose clear intention is to try and find every minor infraction to charge their guests something extra for. Thank you kerrie for also informing us that we have a black mark against our name and us are no longer welcome - not that we would want to come back after the feral way that you treated us. Perhaps you should check yourself and all of the one star reviews youre getting, and spend less time responding to them in a disgustingly unprofessional manner and instead spend time fixing your attitude and your own manners.

Exceptional ResortI just wanted to thank Kerrie & James and their lovely staff for another amazing stay at your beautiful resort. My family have been enjoying our annual holiday at Noosa Pacific for the past six years and we will be returning again! The deluxe waterfront apartment was exceptional as always and the views unbeatable. The grounds and pool area are immaculately maintained and the apartments are always spotlessly clean. The resort is located in easy walking distance to so many fabulous restaurants and we also enjoyed dining in and taking advantage of those incredible views.

As Usual, Just TerrificI have now stayed at the Noosa Pacific Resort for 4 consecutive years, the most recent was in Nov-Dec 2020. I would have no hesitation in recommending the resort as a great family friendly place to stay. The access to the river and water activities is first class. Resort facilities ie tennis court and pools were well maintained. Looking forward to next years stay.

Disgusting, rude, greedy managementCame to Noosa pacific for a 5 day getaway and was appalled by the way my family and I were treated. Upon requesting additional towels we were advised that this was at an extra cost. We politely declined and were told that for this time they would grant extra towels free of charge. After checkout we were still charged a $20 fee despite their indication that it would be free of charge. Despite agreement over the phone and at check in for a late checkout, we were apparently issued a notice to check out before 9:30AM as guests had made a last minute booking. Given we returned to our room very late after dinner, we did not see the notice under the door. We were not called or emailed notifying us of their demand to leave before our originally agreed check out time. At 10AM we awoke to frantic knocking on our bedroom door. Management had gone into our actual apartment WITHOUT CONSENT and began harassing us to leave immediately whilst yelling and swearing at us in our pyjamas. After checking out, we were immediately charged in excess of $400 for ridiculous allegations of excessive dirt, towel fees and smoking without ever being issued with a complaint, invoice or any notice. Our room was not excessively dirty and simply had some sand by the front door and some coal ash from the bottom of our barbecue bags on the balcony which was minimal. This resort is RACIST and called us druggos. We are absolutely appalled at this DISGUSTING comment especially given we are a group of professionals who do not drink or do drugs. We attempted contacting the resort numerous times to resolve the issues only be told not to bother as they would not listen and hung up on our faces. DO NOT stay here if you are of European and/or middle eastern backgrounds as it is clear that they treat their Anglo Saxon guests with much more respect. If anyone decides to stay here we recommend taking videos of EVERYTHING before you check in and out and get written confirmation of everything. Very sneaky business with no proper dispute resolution process. Will be contacting the ACCC and making complaints to the Queensland hotel regulatory body to ensure that this business is held accountable for their disgusting actions, allegations and clear breach of privacy.

Two separate resorts - perhaps nice if staying at the nicer oneI've given two stars because the office staff were very helpful, and did try their best to accommodate us when we let them know we wanted to move resorts. The unit was also beautifully decorated, and I think staying there with no children, in a cooler time of year might have been fine. However I really can't recommend the resort for a summer stay or one with children. We stayed in a "garden view" unit, which was advertised as having air conditioning. In reality, it was 28 degrees in the bedrooms overnight, even as the temperature outside was only a few degrees higher than this. The only air conditioning unit was located in the hallway facing away from the bedrooms, so the hallway was very cold, but the rooms and living area were both extremely warm. We were staying with our baby, so this was just too warm for a baby to sleep in. Additionally, even though we had indicated having a baby on our reservation, we were in a top floor unit, so we had to climb a ton of stairs with the pram multiple times a day. Our garden view was actually a view of the caravan park, which wasn't ideal, and although we knew we wouldn't be able to use the riverfront pool since we weren't in a more expensive riverfront room, we didn't realise our unit was in another building completely, even with a separate gym. It just felt a bit like we were second class citizens at the resort, when we just thought we were booking a different room type, not booking a completely different resort (which is how it felt). We moved to another resort on hasting's street which had air con in both bedrooms and the lounge, a pool for everyone to use, a nice view of lush gardens, was walkable to the beach, and was less expensive. I'm just not sure why Noosa Pacific is so expensive, perhaps if you're staying in the riverfront rooms then it might be nice?
