  Nice place to stay

  It was an impulsive trip on new years eve and the hotel we wanted to stay in was full booked. So, we just looked up online for whatever available and got nice review. It was a nice *** star hotel, nothing special. Clean room, not too spacious and good breakfast. They had this NYE event, we went and luckily won a hotel voucher door prize. I like the location though. It's near the jatingaleh toll road.

  Need renovation

  This hotel looks nice and actually the people are really nice. Problem started when I got out of the elevator in the 2nd floor . The smell of stale cigarette overwhelmed me. When I entered my bedroom in a hurry to escape that smell, the air inside the bedroom was stuffy and also smelled cigarette. It is clear that this room has poor ventilation Fortunately the air condition worked and drove away the smell soon. But another smell appreared: the smell of the pillow. Actually the pillow cover smelled really bad and I wouldnt be able to sleep later tonite simple because i forgot to tell the housekeeping to change it The water is another big problem. The hot water became scalding hot after a few minutes. And the water for cleaning was really really small. It just didnt work. Again because I was busy I didnt tell the engineer and I will regret it later The breakfast, however, is nice. The coffee may be light but there are many choice of food. So this hotel definitely needs renovation in a hurry. I am not coming back

  Great Place to Stay

  My first time here.. Great ambience, easy access from the basement parking. Easy to find and great location. People yes are nice, will come back someday.. Breakfast vary from local to western menu and got the taste I will come back in future and recommend the hotel to friends

  Big Hotel, Kind Front Desk, Bad Housekeeping.

  I went here on January 3rd, 2020. Checked in procedures very fast, they just collect a copy of your ID and sign on paper agreement. I got a smoking room despite i already mention of non smoking room. The bedsheet and pillow had unpleasant smell, the smell of not dry linen. Not to mention the smoking smell. The replacement room is also the same. The Toiletries is the worst ever, No hand soap, mo face towel, no comb, no shower cap They jus prepare 1 toothbrush inside a printed big box. Towel look like old and never change for years with many stain and broken edges. The shower gell container cannot be use. When I complained, they just move the gel inside a glass. The room is not soundproof. The noise from outside very bad, and also sound from upstair room, we could hear someone steping and chair being moved.

  Visit at Noormans Hotel Semarang

  I would like to thank Noormans Hotel with its easy access from and out of toll roads. Thank tou also for the hospitality of the staff. The booking and confirmation at check-In is very easy and quick. The room is cleaned and for sure sanitised.
