  24/7 extremly loud

  This place is one of the worst I have ever been. Durind whole day and night busses park inbetween the hotel towers, running their engines, two times at late evening a huge water truck delivers water and operates a fuel driven pump for hours. Breakfast was quite OK the first days with just few guests, turned very normal when number of guests increased. every night very loud party outside keeps you away from sleeping. I think this hotel was build to accomodate Olympic's stuff (what I am). Can not imagine this place will exist any longer. NEVER AGAIN!

  Dirty, don't come to this hotel

  This hotel is new, but the management and the staff is awful. I'm spending here 20 days, at first when i arrived i found old used soaps in the shower. The next day i complained and they didn't take any note or action. Just main light in the room, no small light to have a comfortable reading. No light on bathroom mirror so it's impossible to shave. They don't have a brush to clean toilet so i noticed they don't clean the toilet everyday (you can understand how i managed to understand they are not cleaning). I made complains every 3 day , but they just take 2 notes so they are making fun of you . They just say yes at the desk but no one take care of you . Problem also with hot water that is coming and going during shower, no notes taken in 15 days, only today, i'll see if they resolved. Problems also with the laundry service (they have problem in managing and also it takes double of the time they say, 48h instead of 24).Dishes and glasses for breakfast are not really washed. All the corridors and elevator are not cleaned for 15 days , it is confirmed me by the dry spit (or vomit) on the dorr at my floor. Every day i found rolls of dust and hair in the room even if complain the still here. Please for your mental sanity don't look under your bed, you will find they don't clean your room from months.

  Stay Away

  This hotel is new. Unfortunately it was never completed. There is still drywall dust everywhere. I think they started to build a pool in the back. It is now a home for mosquitoes. The elevators were not trustworthy. I was stuck once... This morning... My last morning here thank goodness.... they did not function at all. I only ate breakfast in the restaurant.... same food every day... not too bad and I will say the staff was attentive. The neighborhood is sketchy, far from everything. Rooms are very sparse. More like a dorm room Would not recommend

  Disappointing! Very Poor Service! Bathroom awful! I do not suggest this hotel.

  Let me start with positive: near RioCentro where our conference was held so all I had to do was take an uber and this was fine. Bathroom was difficult to use: the hotwater would come after 5-10 minutes of waiting, and if it did come, in the middle of your bath it became very cold. The shower door was open and could not be closed, so you would take a bath with an open shower door. Some Staff were not helpful and were rude: When I asked for example the front desk to help me call Aerotaxi for my trip to the airport, he said it was not their problem to book a taxi for me. I should do it on my own. However, BestWestern Aporeador in General Osorio did the opposite. They helped us with this similar situation. Good thing, there was one staff in Nobile who was assigned in the evening who could speak English and was helpful. But let me warn you that not all staff are polite. Also since they have English speaking only guests, then they have to make sure they have one staff assigned who can speak English. Room is noisy. You can hear the noise in the next room ( I was assigned to B, and you can hear what is happening in A) Cleaning staff gets your food even if you have not yet checked out. Yes they have returned some of it when I complained but one feels insecure because they might also get your other things.

  Mucho que mejorar

  Es cierto que es sucio, al entregarnos la habitación por el piso del baño no había pasado un trapero. El día que llegamos ni había internet, sólo hay un recepcionista para atender a todos los huéspedes. El agua de ma ducha nunca se deja graduar, o te quemas o te congelas. La comida del desayuno no es muy variada.
