  Great location for a gig at that Barrowlands

  We booked a 1 bed apartment here (ground floor number 1) as we were going to a gig at the Barrowlands and it's just a short walk away. The apartment was ok, the living room was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a quick tea and breakfast (after a quick trip to a local corner shop) The bedroom looked lovely but the bed was disappointing. Two single beds pushed together so it was big enough, but the mattress on one side was quite firm and the other side was saggy and about 2 inches lower than the other. When the main reason for looking for accommodation is a bed for the night, then the uncomfortable bed was a big let down.

  Christmas Markets

  Stayed for one night, to visit the Christmas Markets. Walking distance to centre. Private off road parking. Appt was very clean. Kitchen had full facilities. Bathroom let it down, very dated. Limited hot water. Very creeky single bed.

  amazing stay

  beautiful building, lovely owner. Very helpful as we were stitched up by another hotel. Called here got straight in. walking distance to main centre. The peoples palace is next door. we were the last day the conservatory was open to the public. rooms are big, plenty of heating and a great little kitchen. off street parking, WIFI. cant hear anyone else in the rooms. The area into town is completely safe, we took our 7 yr old in the evening. plenty of families walking around. 10pm stood at the front of the property and saw a red fox run into the grasslands across the road.

  Overnight stay nothing too special.

  Was ok, nothing that special, it's niceto have space, we got a twin room, expected a double. The flat is basic, old wooden windows, broken panes in sone and very draughty. Storage heater in living room would not turn on, heater in bedroom did thankfully. Bedding clean, towels provided, no Iron that I could see. You need to pay £50 deposit for the fob for the car park, you have no direct access to house from car park, need to walk onto main road and round, so not convenient, and to get the fob to get into car park you need to get in to flat first,very fiddly. There us a lane overgrown with a gate that could be cleared to give access. For the price, I'd go elsewhere.

  Very good location

  Stayed for three nights whilst visiting city. Very convenient location to walk into town or catch tour bus. Lovely Glasgow Green in doorstep, with Peoples Palace. Comfortable apartment with everything necessary to self cater.
