  3 rooms all stolen from

  nice location but the cleaning staff are thieves, our last morning there while down for breakfast all 3 rooms were cleaned and stolen from, didn't notice until we arrived ho chi ming city, BEWARE of the cleaning staff

  Tet holiday

  Been staying here every year since 2011. Last year it was a five (5) week stay. Never once a problem. I stay here for several reasons. 1) Cleaning + kitchen staff. Hiep, Kim, yolo and all the other ladies. 2) Both receptionist ladys. Amy and KT 3) Close proximity to the beach. 4) Excellent view (Louisiane) 5) Nightly live music (Louisiane) 6) Kim / 10 Sài Gòn.. 7) RAMBO, maintenance man. 8) Amys brother / ôi tai And the list goes on. A note to all the critics. If you dont like it, stay home. Or stay at one of those high rise fancy hotels for $200 USD or $4,000,000 VND per night. Phu Quy2 has rooms for $20 and up which is more than fair.. For every day you spend in Hawaii, you could spend a month in Nha Trang People expect way too much and never want to pay for it. Lol

  Incredible view!

  We booked a sea view room & weren't disappointed. A gorgeous view of the bay both day & night. The rm was spacious, clean & comfy bed. Other reviews complain about the staff but they were very sweet, helpful & spoke good English. Rooftop pool isn't so great & doesn't look clean. A much better option is the beach right across the street or Loiusana's that has a pool ($40,000) for a chair a day, food and drinks. We didn't bother with breakfast so can't comment on that. This hotel is close to everything - an easy walk anywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

  Do not stay at this hotel

  Staff are rude, whwn i turned up to my room, toilet didnt work shower didnt work, the safe didnt work and then laughed at me when i wanted a refund. Because i booked it on the same day no refund and i had to pay for abother hotel. Offered me another room that had the same problems, 3 other guests had to leave also. Absolute disgrace, the place is filthy dirty and the staff need t9 be replaced. Have had several trips to Nha Trang and never encountered such disgusting service and I am very easy going person in general until yousteal from me which is what has happened here. So paid for a room I couldnt use and had to pay for another motel close by. Really not a pleasant experience on such short holiday. Should be shut down until it is gixed and new staff employed and the place is cleaned. All i wanted was my money back and instead I got ripped off. Agoda didnt help either so will nevwr use them ever again either.

  Go somewhere else

  Dont waste your time or money on this place, rooms are overpriced for what you get. I rented a scooter from reception which was a deathtrap, The accelerator cable got stuck and the bike would not stop. The staff wanted nothing to do with the problem. Go somewhere else!
