  Wonderful experience with Getway India Holidays & Nishat Hotel It was an awesome experience at Kashmir .We didnt experience any difficulties in any aspect. The Hotel were Excellent breathtaking view of the hills from the balcony and the service . . There were no problems either in the pick up or drop off timings. Overall an awesome experience.hotel was nice to nice and each and every sight seeing and local plans are very good. Special Thanks to Mr Jawed drive and guide very Well .The package was well planned

  Decent hotel

  Clean rooms, decent service. Hotel has a good restaurant in it. It is at walking distance from Shalimar Bagh. Dal lake is also quite close by, hence location is excellent. Hotel also has a store in it to shop if you're in a hurry.

  Value for Money

  The hotel is located at peaceful area and is stone trow away distance from famous Shalimar garden. IT is good small hotel. I have stayed there for 3 Nights. The rooms are value for money. They are having bed heating system which works very good. Toilets are neat and clean. Staff is very co-operative and always ready to help you. They should improve on the from of breakfast and dinner as there are not many varieties. I expect they will definitely on this front. Hotel has very good parking place. You can expect view from few rooms. The hotel is located away from boulevard, however you feel safe as there are many hotels nearby.They offer complimentary Wi-fi at very good speed

  Worst experience at Nishat View hotel

  Poor customer service. Pathetic food. Wifi sucks. Staff is high on mannerism but apathetic to customer needs. They never run out of excuses for anything. Luckily we just had to stay there for 1 night.

  Service not provided as commited

  I was committed to have extra bed in all 3 rooms and for that i have paid extra 1500 rs. After calling repeatedly for extra bed in rooms, extra bed was not provided. So I asked for refund of 1500 rs which I paid for extra bed in all 3 rooms, they told me that they will provide refund after EID, but now they are not providing refund and asking me to wait for few days since last 10 days after my repeated calls since 10 days.
