  un sueño hecho realidad

  tuve la imnensa suerte de poder ir a ningaloo reef durante mi estancia en australia. despues de volar desde melbourne, ocho horas de viaje, piensas "valdrá la pena??". un paraje de ensueño. entre dunas, ecologico, sistema sostenible, tiendas de campaña de lujo, ambiente súper acogedor. te despertaras con wallabies (canguros enanos) en la puerta de tu tienda. sales de tu tienda, caminas por la playa, te zambulles en el océano, y después de cinco brazadas (literalmente) te sumerjes en la barrera de coral. dos palabras im presionante

  Excellent, will be back for sure!

  I am disappointed reading some of the negative reviews on this resort. Considering its location and facilities I am confident in giving it 5 stars. There surely cannot be many places in WA that you can have a World Heritage Reef not 50 meters from your door, but also every creature comfort you could want. A bar and restaurant in the resort liven things up for the better in my opinion as I am fed up with having no real entertainment or eating options when visiting the more special locations in WA. As well as the ones at the resort, we also sampled Bills and Fins restaurants and Loved them both. There are way too many tourist sites and accommodation in WA that need a good lick of paint and this is not one of them. Prices are not cheap, I agree, but compared to other options I would say this was a bargain! The unit we had was on the ground floor overlooking the pool and was an awesome location. Try to get these units. There was one that had a BBQ outside though and I would try to avoid this one if you can as I wouldnt want everyone cooking right outside my front door. Bottom line is that if you are used to international travel and stopping at Sheraton style 5 Star resorts and expect nothing less, then dont bother travelling around WA. Its bitterly annoying, especially given the prices but thats just the way it is.

  Love It

  Great service ! Before we even arrived, a text message had been sent to us that our room was ready. During check-in, the young lady from Malaysia was a real delight; very friendly and professional. We were so pleased with the Garden View Apartment that we were given as it was the closest to the pool and even had ocean views from the balcony. There was a separate air-conditioned unit in the Master bedroom and also in the open area where the other beds were. However, due to the 40 degree heat and humidity, the air-cond seemed not to function once the day progressed but it cooled down the apartment at night again. The apartment was serviced daily and the housekeeping crew were another nice bunch of people. What a fantastic location with the main beach just 100m away. Here, you could see the blue spotted ray, huge spangled Emperor (snapper) and under the floating platform, trevally is seen. And just around the corner at Paradise Beach, there were better corals and more fish to be seen. The main shopping area was also within walking distance with 3 restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket and other shops. The sand dune was just right next to the resort where most people went to view the sun setting. However, you could view the sunset basically anywhere with the ocean in sight. There was a public laundry area but with only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. We did our laundry twice and thank goodness both times, nobody was using them. $1 coins required with $5 for the washing machine and $4 for the dryer. Detergent was provided. What a memorable 25th wedding anniversary we had ! Will love to come back here again.

  Birthday surprise

  Lovely friendly staff, place itself looks a little tired & could do with some TLC.... however if you look passed that & see it for what it is then it does what it says on the tin a place to stay with Lovely staff in what can only be described as heaven on earth... We will be back

  Fabulous Coral Bay outlook

  Although I wasn't staying here I can recommend their bar and restaurant. I was staying in Exmouth and drove to Coral Bay for the afternoon. Being low season the place looked very quiet. I managed to find a good meal , best steak sandwich ever, at the Ningaloo Reef Resort Hotel. Sat out overlooking a lush green swathe of lawn and the beautiful Coral Bay with its gorgeous waters and bright blue sky.
