  Lo único aceptable es la habitación

  Estuvimos una semana y lo escogimos por la cercanía a donde teníamos que trabajar. Las habitaciones están bien, el desayuno es horrible, pides si tienen leche de soja o miel y te miran raro, y no hacen nada para traerlo al día siguiente. El buffet de la cena también es escaso y de no mucha calidad. La mayoría de la gente en recepción son poco amables, para hacer el checkout estuvimos casi una hora porque no les funcionaba la impresora. Pedimos toallas y jabón extra y nos pidieron dinero por ello. Buscaré otro hotel cuando vaya a volver, sin duda alguna.

  Dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen

  The room itself was not too bad, and we slept well. However we went to the restaurant in the evening of arrival - when the menus are so old and dirty, there is already a low expectation - had there been anywhere else nearby we would have left. The food was cold, not accurate (I ordered rice with prawn and a fried egg and god a chicken wing and two satay sticks - cold and under cooked. But worse was the breakfast - Never have I seen such a sticky old mess. every pot of every food was tacky and cold. Tomatoes floating in water that looked to be weeks old, orange juice that was frothy in a way orange juice should not be, jam and other toast toppers that were so contaminated they could almost have walked away by themselves. The whole thing was vile, and the staff seemed to be running the pace for their own needs - the manager and a lady who seemed to wear a uniform were sitting in the restaurant eating. We checked out early (had panned two nights, could only take 1) Really the worst experience ever. If I could give no stars - I would.

  Fantastic and beautiful stay and food that we enjoyed

  We really enjoyed the trip to Nilai Springs .... the place is fantastic.... the landscapes and the beautiful scenery and breathtaking..... The staffs are very friendly and helpful.... We enjoyed the food so much....

  FANTASTIC STAY

  I stayed here two weeks for an event. The room was really great, the staffs very helpful and lovely. The buffet food was delicious. There serve variety of food and desert everyday. The environment is so nice. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

  Good rooms but poor hospitality

  We had been to this hotel in late January. We were three in total. Actually we had stop over in Malaysia for going Indonesia but due to delay in our flight, Airlines managed the hotel for the overnight. We were welcomed very properly, everything was good there but we had an issue there. We kept our money in the safe deposit box and we forgot to take it with us next day. We even changed our flight schedule and returned back to hotel but there was not enough money. We tried to talk with manager (Mr.Mahendra) but he says it may be fault of the airlines because that was sent with the airlines after we had check-out from the hotel. They doesn't have any CCTV footage while checking the safe deposit box. So how can the customer trust this hotel? Beside the issue, the hotel, ambience and the rooms were good. There are no any comments. Thank you for the great stay! I hope similar issue will never be in this hotel with any other guest.
