  Renovated & Excellent Value for Money

  My husband and I stayed in this hotel with the kids for 2 weeks in June 2019. Staff hotel very lovely, polite, helpful and friendly! This hotel is clean, very near to the beach and a great value for money. The menu (breakfast etc) is superb and with a great variety to please every taste -and i totally disagree with the reviews referring to lack of a variety. The vast majority of hotels i have visited in Europe & Crete frankly rarely offer so much in a buffet menu. Highly recommended!!!!!!! A big thank you to the managers for all of their help and support !

  Great hotel with friendly staff

  The hotel is very close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and all kind of souvenir shops. It is recently renovated, it has a beautifull garden and a pool. The rooms are equipped with all you need and are cleaned every day. The staff and the owner was very friendly and helpfull, especially the lady from reception, she is such a kind person,she gave us all the informations and the help we need. We enjoyed a lot this place and we recomand.

  Excellent location and friendly staff

  Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week in this years July and had a wonderful time. The pool is nice and the chairs are comfortable. Location is excellent as said in the title..there are shops and restaurants all really nearby as is the beach. The room was freshly renovated, felt like we were the first ones actually staying in the room and the view from the balcony was great. There was also a tv and a fridge you could use in the room. Breakfast was good, had everything we felt like eating in the morning although breakfast ended too early for us ;) Will be visiting again!

  Nice vacation

  Thanks to Nico Elen hotel for making our vacation nice,warm hospility and friendly staff. The hotel was clean, renovated, the staff and the lady owner were very nice and helpfull. The breakfast was with rich variety and delicious.Our room was cozy with a balcony with a stanning a view on a mountain. We were with our six month daughter and it was supercomfy for a family!! Hope to see them next year. Mama and papa Adele)))

  Pleasant stay

  I stayed at the Niko-Elen for a week at the beginning of September on a Half-Board basis. I found the hotel very clean in all areas with a good buffet breakfast. The hotel is set back from the road with pool to the rear so less noise from the traffic. I arrived late in the evening and was met by the manager who was very friendly and welcoming as were all the staff during my stay. As a lone traveller from England learning the Greek language I was given the chance to practice with plenty of encouragement. The Greeks appreciate any attempt to try to speak their language and when I departed at the end of my holiday I was given a gift of oil painting picture. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to other travellers.
