An amazing timeWe stayed in Niki's house for 10 nights and had the most wonderful time. Evgenia was a very understanding and helpful host who sorted out the issues that I had with my booking (my fault entirely). We rented 2 studios that had everything that we could possibly need and were very comfortable and quaint. Hand wash and washing up liquid were provided as were a bowl of fruit on arrival and tea/coffee/sugar etc. The courtyard was so peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast and an evening snack alfresco each day. There is a supermarket nearby and a couple of tavernas within easy walking distance but for anything else you will need a car. We saw Evgenia and her husband Kiriakos on a daily basis and often they brought Mama with them. She was a lovely lady who made us olive bread one morning then a huge bowl of hummus another morning. They were delicious. We would like to say a BIG thank you for making our stay memorable and we would highly recommend Niki's house.

Oasis of serenity inside the cityUpon arrival you can feel ownership of a part of the citys history, the owner greets you to your home for the coming stay, very clean and calm, you sleep with the moon and wake up to the sounds of birds in the private garden. Highly recommended if you want something authentic and different

A little gem!Delightful converted old farm in a village now part of Limassol. Comfortable rooms with good facilities. Evgenia & Kiriakos were the most welcoming and helpful of hosts with excellent English. Very convenient location situated only 5 mins off the motorway. Short walk to traditional local restaurant and delicious bakery. Thank you Evgenia & Kiriakos for a lovely stay.

Lovely Place - Lovely Hosts - Lovely StayWe were touring the island as part of a trip around it's rural towns and wanted to round up the trip with a nice rustic experience that highlights the friendliness of the local people. We came across Nikis House on TripAdvisor and booked it directly on their website for rates better than the online ones. Great decision! The place is run by two lovely hosts, Eugenia and Kyriakos, who know how to show their visitors true hospitality. We were welcomed very warmly by them and our room exceeded our expectations. A very spacious, self catering, authentically Cypriot studio with all modern amenities (air conditioning, cooking hobs and even an outside seating table). Bed was very comfortable and generally the studio was spotless clean. The hosts treated us to coffee, fruit and catered to our needs above and beyond. A 10 minute drive from Limassols main hotspots (coastal road). We had a fab stay and would highly recommend it to all solo and / or couple travelers who want to experience authentic Cypriot hospitality at affordable prices. Note that roads around the area are slightly narrow and parking can be tricky but don't be dissuaded!
