  Puro relax

  Aunque el aspecto exterior de la fachada no lo sugiere, todo respira calma tras entrar en el vestíbulo: la decoración modernista, la musica lounge, las piscinas, las habitaciones. Especialmente destacable el centro fitness y de relajación, con una piscina climatizada para dejar pasar el tiempo y relajarse.

  Simple, hotel, far from the beach. Very small Shuttle bus , the beach is about 3 km from the hotel. The staff at the front desk is not speak english .The food was not variable (breakfast and dinner). Almost every night the restaurant offers different shape of pasta, but the taste is the same. The salads are the same every night, no variable at all.

  Don't visit - the hotel is big disappoint ! The hotel has 4 stars actually 2 stars is more for this hotel! The air-condition is not work in more rooms it's is central ! In room you have only 6 tv programs !!! Wi-fi is totally missed around the hotel !!! The hotel is more than 50 minutes from the beach - by walk, where the hotel has place !. If you want to use free transport from hotel you must know it's missing between 12.30 - 16,45 - siesta ! If you want - stay 4 hours on the beach in 43 degree. The breakfast is very very poor ! The dinner is so so. The pool is too small In this village - Castellaneta nothing interesting - deep province! Nothing to do - boredom! Finally the hotel is full with child camp - don't think about some rest - mission Impossible! If you want to spend good vocation - don't visit !

  A nice location, among tall pine trees. That's the only positive thing I can say about the hotel. The place is badly run down. Only one lift of two was working. Tables were removed from guest rooms to be used for a bridge tournament. At breakfast guests had to closely watch the self-service counter as bread, ham, cheese never were available all at the same time. Coffee was lukewarm and watery. Photographs show a bag of rubbish left for a couple of days under a room window, broken hammock, so called fence around the property and a super high-tech device securing the balcony door (the handle wasn't working).

  637/5000 in short: large rooms, spacious, well-equipped, nice large bathroom. Very large balcony. Everything refreshed. And this part deserves 4 stars. The first failure is air conditioning on demand ... on the phone to the reception, sometimes I had to ask for turning off or on several times, no regulation. WiFi does not work in the room, also very poor in the hall. Basic breakfasts. Medium level service. Hotel surroundings very poor. Beautiful garden not cared for at all, no pitches, everything was destroyed. The pool is very nice. Plus a free beach bus and beach service included in the price. I recommend the hotel depending on the price.
