  Hotel 5 estrellas...pero le falta algo

  Es un hotel bonito y grande de 5 estrellas, para relajarse, el spa limpio y los masajes buenos, pero la atencion del personal, no es muy de 5 estrellas, les falta algo.y para ser un hotel de relax hay demasiadas familias con niños, en mi opinión.pros la limpieza y tranquilidad, contras la atención al cliente.

  Aceptable sin mas

  He estado 2 noches por trabajo y aunque el resort es espectacular, no me convence. La decoración es kitsch y el restaurante como que no. Pedí entrecôte y estaba pasadísimo de fuego, muy hecho, como la suela de un zapato.

  I was in this hotel on june,this hotel locaition in forest.Every where natural grenn and smells of trees.and forest view from our room was amazing.all staff is very frendlyy and hellpfull.t was good experince for us.definitlly we will come back soon.özkann

  I recently visited this wonderful place.i was amazed by the beaty of this hotel and the atmosphere that the employess create.the gentleman at the reception calle Ramadan :very careful and very helpful.

  Wonderful SPA, a place to visit again and again

  5 days in August 2020 were heavenly. This hotel has one of the best SPAs Ive seen in Turkey. Nice design, very helpful SPA reception (Elif hanim and Fatih bey are always there to answer any question about SPA, and who care for their guests health adding eucalyptus oil to the sauna. That was really great thing to do, I enjoyed it a lot!), very skilful and experienced masseuses (special thanks to Yanti who simply works magic with her hands!) But SPA is not the only thing that makes this hotel so attractive. The location amidst the forest with fresh air, squirrels and birds around makes you forget about hustle of big city life. Great idea to make a silent swimming pool for 14+ guests allow you to relax. I wish 14+ rule was also applied in the SPA, at least in the sauna and steam rooms, because children entering and going out leaving the door open doesnt let you fully enjoy the ambiance of this place. Other things to mention are: very good English language skills of the employees and their readiness to help any time. Id like to specially mention here a waiter, Hussein, and a receptionist, Ramazan, who helped me out with everything, from providing an additional fork to giving advice on shopping, etc. Thank you, guys, you are the best! Also, what I liked were electronic menus in the restaurants which is a sign of attention to guests health during the Covid situation. I wouldnt be sincere, if I didnt mention some things which I didnt like. Firstly, as mentioned above, too many children in SPA. SPA is a place where you are supposed to relax, but all those childrens screams and running around makes it difficult to enjoy. Another thing is, though it was said that the lounge café is 14+, in fact there were many children there too. Its a kind of disinformation, to put it mildly. The snack at tea time is full of carbohydrates. Itd be better if there was a choice, lets say, the cookies or some fruits. Its not expensive during summer period. Id also love to have the tables for ping-pond somewhere put outside or in a room with a window, because its very hot to play such an active game in a cellar. Also, itd be nice to have some sports equipment to do exercises outside the gym (I mean not for games, like basketball or archery, which are also great things, but for work-out) Despite those little imperfections, this hotel is really a great place to spend time at and Ill definitely visit it again.
