  New Town Need New Proper Management and Room Refurbishment.

  I stayed at the New Town Hotel in USJ Sentral for 1 night only. It was for business. It was my first time staying and that's what i normally do. I would try out new hotels to stay whenever i have my monthly meeting/seminar. Anyway, straight forward here - the lobby can have better interior, seats....the person in-charge/receptionist should at least be more presentable and at least have service training.....The room is in need of refurbishment, the walls are old, faded paint, the bed sheet not clean, basically the rom look 'run-down'...

  Please think twice before staying here.

  This hotel is situated in a really deserted area. Feels creepy when you first step in and then it goes downhill from there. Service staff barely speak, there is no security (the lock was broken) and there are stains on the bedsheets. Aircon was broken too. Never again.

  Terrible!!!

  My husband and I stayed one night there and it was a wrong decision ever. The room was really run down, the shower heater was out of order, the toilet plastics cover seat was torn and there were cockcroahes everywhere! NEVER again! * It was a "0/zero" rating from me but I wouldn't post my review without a rating so I click 1.
