  Was so suprised how great it was

  I was so suprised when I arrived to check in. It was nothing like I was thinking. A large open reception. Very clean bright and well kept. The place is huge. People can rent a room/apartment for 1 night upto 5 years. I got to my room and was so suprised. Immaculately clean. It was a small/medium sized bedsit/apartment. A double bed. (Sorry to be negative here) it was not comfy at all and pillows were ever so thin. However for less than £40 I wont complain. It was spotlessly clean. The shower cubicle was also very clean. They provide towels and a little bottle of shampoo and shower gel. The location is maybe 2 mins walk from the main strip of Luton town. There is a cinema and pool tables you can use. There is an NCP car park next door and for 23hours I was there it was amazingly cheap only £10. The room also had a small kitchen. My pictures ain't great and excuse my mess on the size. I highly recommend this place. Very well done to the company and the staff

  Great location- pillows uncomfortable

  My husband has been working at the University recently, on a short term contract and I have been booking him in Mon-Fri at the New St apartments. The location is great, and thus far he has been impressed with the standard. Check in has always been very easy, and the staff have been friendly. The rooms are very clean, although the beds are quite small, and the pillows are not great; something that has been mentioned in other reviews online. The walls are quite thin as well. Having a kitchen area has been really useful for him, and although it is basic, it does mean he can prepare things like pasta. There is a gym and cinema room onsite, as well as pool tables. As he is working at the university, we have booked him in for every possible week, although as New St dont have many apartments, unfortunately there have been some weeks where we couldnt get him booked in- I dont suggest booking with another company though, as the first time we did, we had major issues. For the price you pay, it is a superb option.
