  Worst hotel Ive stayed in ,not one redeeming feature even the central location is spoiled by the drunk people outside keeping you up till 4am ... the room smelt fusty and the bed was like sleeping on a bed of nails .

  Dont go

  We have just returned from this hotel. When I booked I called and emailed to request a seaview room,got email back saying no oroblem this can be done and also told over the phone that is was no problem,when we arrived we were told that seaview room wasnt available,and we were offered 2 rooms to look at,1st room was smelling damp,were shown the the 2nd room,which was at top,Edmund Hilary and Sherpa Tensing would'nt have been out of place to reach the room,3 flights of stairs that were steep,yes we could see the sea from the side facing window,after passing through the door to go to our room the smell of dampness coming from a cupboard was really bad,the room it's self was clean,the car paking wasnt the greatest,our car was left on the pavement right next to a pile of rubbish.breakfast was basic.

  Well good time at new promenade

  Just returned from new promenade hotel Blackpool the owner Ralph is lovely nothing to much trouble had brill weather and ralphs brekky was the best we have had will be back thank you veromica lynn tina carol and stacey xx

  Avoid at all cost

  Arrived here late on Friday night first thing to hit you was the smell which was not pleasant. Were shown to our room which basically I wouldnt let my dog sleep in. Decided as it was late wed just stay one night & move in the morning. First thing we left & found a much nicer hotel. Definitely wouldnt go back & wouldnt recommend it to anyone

  Don't be put off by some of the reviews

  My wife and I stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included. I had read some of the reviews and had to admit I was a little apprehensive. I should not have taken any notice. The room we had was on the ground floor, which was ideal as my wife has difficulty with a lot of stairs. The room, though quite small, was clean and bright. The bed was comfortable and the guy on reception brought extra pillows in a matter of minutes. The shower was easy to operate and effective. There was very little noise from outside despite being close to a major road. The breakfast was excellent and we were offered more toast and tea/coffee both days. The only slight caveat is that the dining room is on the lower ground floor and is accessed via a quite steep staircase. Guests with mobility issues may struggle. The hotel is well placed having a tram stop just across the promenade at Manchester Square. This hotel represents good value for money. Would definitely stay again.
