  In case of emergency evacuation ........

  'Never again' sums up succinctly my recent experience at this hotel - it is not a real 'Hyatt' and I hope it is not even a franchise! The staff are friendly enough but they are not particularly efficient. In my room, there were no in-room tea/coffee making facilities and only one small bottle of water which had to be paid for! I requested IT support for problems with the internet once I had logged on. I called again after two hours to remind the front desk of this but by the time I had left I had still had no response. The quality of the food is often a joy to behold - most warm dishes being served cold and the quality of cooking probably eclectic at best. At least the humous was good! My major concern, alongside those mentioned by ZakMck in an earlier review, is the fact that the emergency exit stairwells are blocked with beds, mattresses and bed heads - see photo attached. I showed these to the duty manager on the Monday evening and he expressed 'faux horror' and immediately spoke with someone using his cell phone, intimating his thanks to me and suggesting action would be taken. Alas, by the next day and on the morning I left very little had been moved - one mattress perhaps? One other positive - arrangements for transport from and to the airport as long as you are not of a nervous disposition - local driving habits of the hotel staff could cause nervousness!

  Bad business attitude

  We booked 2 rooms for a group of GCC workshop attendees. Some 2 bad managers: Mr. Mohammed shery Mr. Ali Tetayu They just cancel the booking same for both due the urgent need in this period of time. We was embarrassed with our guests. They promised to provide transport and the didnt in time.

  Nice staff, good budget hotel for a business trip

  I have stayed in this hotel several times as a short stay. My main purpose of my visit to Kuwait was for business. The location is good, and the services offered by this hotel are very acceptable for the price you pay. Very welcoming and helpful staff indeed.

  Nice very helpfull staff

  I have just came back of a short scientific visit to kuwait. The location is very conveneint. The staff are so helpfull specially in reception and drivers for pick up from airport. Rooms are capacious.

  Hospitable Staff

  I would share to all that this hotel is not as what you can expect since it is old and not your fancy expensive hotels around Kuwait. But this hotel will have a repeat for me since their hospitality is excellent. Ver respectful and accommodating staff. The rooms are also good, quiet and clean. Breakfast food should and can be improved still and other than that...everything is great! Thank you for the staff for their genuine hospitality.
