  Very near the station

  New modern hotel... that is near the station and near Aeon... very convenient for short stays in Tottori. if you are not targeting for Ryokan stays... this is where we are looking for if you are a hitting and running the Sand Dunes.

  Atrocious

  We stayed one night at this hotel, which is in dire need of remodeling. It is conveniently located right across the train station. We had a twin room, the hvac system had switched over to heat so to cool down the room, the hotel had to unlock and open the large window to get fresh air. Although we requested a non-smoking room, we were put in a smoking room. When the staff came to our room to open the window, we asked about the smoking smell, and she sniffed around and claims she could not smell anything. The carpets were filthy, walls dirty with ripped wall paper, the bathroom cramped, no closet space,etc. customer service was non-existent here.

  Good Clean Hotel and Very Helpful Staff !

  About 3 minutes from Tottori Station by foot , close to some good restaurants, coffee and convenient stores. It is15 minutes from the Airport and 20 minutes to the Dunes and has a large carpark for those using this as a start of place to visit the area. The Hotel is old style 70s but well kept and clean. Rooms are larger than usual for Japan and are comfortable and very clean. Staff are very helpful and patient with info and whatever they can do to make your visit good ! Had a excellent meal of Tottori Wagyu at their restaurant on the top floor. Will be happy to return to this hotel .

  Convenient Location, Clean but dated hotel

  The hotel is located just opposite the Tottori JR Station, which makes it very convenient if you are travelling by train! Rooms were quite big compared to other hotels in other Japanese cities. But I was a bit shocked that the keys were not in the form of the room card but physical keys. You can walk about 10 - 15 mins to a small shopping street and AEON mall, but the streets get very quiet after 8 PM since there isn't a lot of residents in Tottori prefecture itself. Breakfast buffet was good but was quite limited in the offerings. The staff there don't seem like they are well versed in English though.

  Needs TLC

  First let me say the location is great, the staff are fantastic and the hotel is clean However our room was the most uncomfortable we have had in Japan The bed low and hard the bathroom almost impossible for an elderly traveller to get into with a step 10 high to negotiate add to that the sound of lifts coming and going all night and the general lack of upkeep in the hotel and rooms in particular- peeling wallpaper and worn carpets A hotel built in the 90s and not touched since
