  Good Motel to stay with family in Lismore

  We travelled as a group. They have very good options for family rooms. Nice room with good size, clean bathrooms. Equipped with all necessary amenities. Enjoyed barbecue area. helpful staff. Central location surrounded with all tourist spots and Memorial bath was just next to it. Perfect place to stay with family.

  Wish I could write a good review.

  This seems like a nice place to stay but my recent experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. I had booked via hotels.com and had to cancel at the last minute due to a change in plans. I cancelled after double and triple checking the policies under which I had booked and confirmed that I was within the cancelation window. Checking my bank balance the next morning, I discovered I had been charged the full amount of my three day stay by the motel directly. I called hoping to correct a simple misunderstanding but was told this was their standard business practice. After a quick call to hotels.com customer service, it was relayed to me that they claimed they had never charged me, despite seeing a screenshot of my bank statement. Hotels.com had the issue rectified in a jiffy but this motel sent me a nasty email confirming they had sent a refund despite my bring in violation of their cancellation policy while copy/pasting the exact same terms I had agreed to and was in compliance with. Give them your business if you must but dont trust them.

  Beautifully decorated budget accommodation in Lismore

  Quiet and relaxing Motel in central Location. Host is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated with all essentials. The whole place is tidy and clean. Will definitely be staying here on future visits.

  Recommended hotel

  Good hospitality and management by Mr George The rooms are simple clean pleasant with microwave good air conditioning etc Motel is well placed , nice accessable walks to rivers , CBD hospital etc Lismore is in a subtropical area and this hotel helped me enjoy this great town further

  Should not be allowed

  This is absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed in (and we've stayed on some bad places). If there was anything else at all anywhere within a 50k radius available, we would have walked straight back out the door. Filthy carpet, mould on bathroom ceilings, our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor tiles, filth and graffiti on the walls. Health department needs to inspect this place.
