  Un hotel para soñar. Solo la llegada al hotel te hacer volver a la edad media. Es un castillo impresionante donde estan cuidados toeos los detalles.las habitaciones son enormes y todo lo que rodea al castillo es precioso. Solo un consejo. En este hotel las prisas no existen. Tomense su tiempo... y disfruten!!

  Birthday break

  We came here for a night as a treat for my birthday. We had the champagne afternoon tea in the restaurant which was lovely, when we went up to our room they had decorated it with balloons and banners and provided us with complimentary champagne and chocolates. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. We also had massages in the spa, it was the first time we had anything like this and the staff were lovely and the experience was amazing. We also had dinner in the restaurant, again the food was spectacular. What makes this hotel stand out is the customer service, they really go the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble and they really made my birthday special, from just wishing me happy birthday to all the extra touches. We had such a lovely stay here, I wish wed booked for 2 nights now. We are planning to make this a regular occurrence now for our birthday and anniversary so we will definately be returning and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

  Celebrating Mum & Dad's 60th Wedding Anniversary xxxx

  Oh wow! Amazing, beautiful, stunning venue. I had booked three rooms and they were all upgraded! The team couldn't do enough for us. Thank you Sylvia for coming to the rescue when my Aunt managed to gash her shin climbing out of my car! Jordan for making up the sofa bed in the very posh apartment style room and for the magnificent tour of the hotel. To Michelle and the other gorgeous lady on reception when filling out our breakfast in our room paperwork and reminding us we could have the smoothie and the pastries even with a full cooked breakfast - soooooo yummy and extra jam!! To Sandra and Steph R in the restaurant for giving us our own private dining room and having a laugh with us when serving up the most delicious dinner. You superstars! And Shana in the gym for not laughing when we were discussing "baby weights". We'll be back and I'm quite fancying the Sirius Suite next time LOL. Much love to you all xxxxxx

  The highest standards

  Highest service standards and hospitality to date. The spa is absolutely wonderful with a pool, gym, steam room and sauna. Spa staff are also very friendly. Staff go the extra mile to enhance your experience and they always maintain a friendly and accommodating behaviour. The grounds are gorgeous and the whole place has an Edwardian charm and character. There is also a vintage, old wood scent throughout the building that I miss so much. I would love to return.

  Lovely settings and nice place to walk. However Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Staff were very rude. Ordering for a family of 6, so as you can imagine our order would take longer to read out than a family of 2 and the lady snaps You are holding up the queue. When we asked her to read the order back to us to check the order was right she said she couldnt do this. We later discovered she had charged us for an extra breakfast. Wouldnt spend my money here again. I know times are more stressful but there is a way to speak to paying customers and this certainly wasnt it.
