  A gem in Ortokay

  We stayed in the loft room for 4 days and it was memorable. The quirkiness of the room was most interesting, with weird roof angles- we totally fell in love with it. The terrace was very special and we spent hours on it, enjoying the view of the city, the Bosphorus and the bridge, and the constant life of Istanbul and to see the daylight turning into night and the Bosporus bridge lights changing the skyline. Lovely staff helping us with everything from food and drinks to booking taxis and to give directions. Traffic in the area is busy and its best to avoid peak hours. The location is great with every great facility in walking distance

  Couldn't sleep, very noisy

  We have booked a room for 5 nights and choose the Deluxe Junior Suite with balcony. Images on Booking web site and reality are so different! We expected wide room with a nice balcony with a lot of space, its higher category room. Unfortunately, room was small and average, separate small living room and tiny balcony where only 1 person can stand. The location of place is very nice area called Besiktas, 2 minutes walking you have lots nice waterfront cafes to chill, very beautiful. As its busy district it was very noisy, we couldn't sleep every night. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, but location for sure!

  Good and attentative service

  The room is exactly the same as the photo. They upgraded our room free of charge. It was a bit noisy on the street on the night we stayed but we felt okay. The receptionist called us to offer ear plugs as they noticed the noise, which was really attentative of them.

  Perfect location with exceptional staff

  The Neev Hotel exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is a lovely boutique style hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipt. Close by ,we found nice bars, restaurants and a small street market. The real stand out feature of the hotel was the staff. Each staff member we met went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Could not recommend this hotel enough and hope I will have the chance to stay again .

  Will book again

  Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing location, very clean rooms, comfortable beds and spacious rooms and nicely decorated. Although they have microwaves or stoves in the rooms, but there are no pots or pans.
