  Hotel economico muy bueno

  El hotel esta en Daraga cerca del aeropuerto de Legazpi , me lo recomendaron los lugareños y tenian razon , el hotel es economico las habitacion son muy amplias y limpias , WIFI gratis y rapido , pese ha estar cerca del aeropuerto no se oye ni un ruido y la zona es muy tranquila. este hotel esta al nivel de 3o4 estrellas , dispone de parking privado y particular anexo ha cada habitacion (da la impresion que esta pensado para clientes de negocios o para echar una cana al aire) , TV por satelite (TVE) , hay un restaurante enfrente la entrada del hotel que se come muy bien , cantidad y buen precio , nevera y mesa en la habitacion con sevicio de comida en habitaciones rapido , es una muy buena opcion como transito o incluso para visitas alrededores.

  Poor service

  So I booked a one night stay here after my flight was cancelled due to severe storms. When I entered my room I found that it had not been cleaned, with a dirty makeup remover, dirty towels and sheets, and a used condom in the toilet. When I let the front office know all they told me was to change rooms by simply using my same room key for another room two doors down. I didnt even receive an apology or any form of compensation. I get that it wasnt the receptionist fault, but there was just a lack of customer service. The wifi in my room didnt work and there was very bad Globe reception In the room. I also called the front desk the night before to organise a cab to pick me up at 5am and it didnt arrive till 5:20am. Again not the receptionists fault, but again lack of follow up or concern for guests. In terms of the other room I stayed in it was clean, there was aircon, and a tv (which had very low brightness).

  MID RANGE PLACE FOR TRAVELERS

  I stayed here for 2 nights and I stayed at 2 different rooms. On my first night of stay, I took the standard twin room because of its availability. It cost me 1300 but the room was really huge. I think 2 extra beds can still be added. It would be great for large groups. My second night was spent in their deluxe room. It was less spacious however the room was more sophisticated and new. All in all, it was a comfortable place to stay during your trips.

  Affordable and excellent stay

  Good points: 1. Very close to Legazpi airport 2. Quiet surroundings with a good view of the Mayon volcano 3. Well-kept rooms 4. Reasonably priced accommodations. Room rates are good for 24 hours. The family room we stayed at only cost us PhP 1400 (due to senior citizen discount). Really cheap! 5. Room service menu also reasonably priced. You can also check with reception for fast food delivery options. We chose Jollibee during our stay. 6. Good water pressure in the showers. Shower area is also quite big. 7. The family rooms are big enough for families of 4. We also traveled with a toddler so technically, we were 5 in total. 8. There is a small fridge for convenience. 9. Staff were very courteous. 10. Parking is convenient as there were plenty of spaces. For improvement: 1. Room lighting is a bit dim. 2. There is no bidet. I hope the management will be able to add this feature soon. 3. The water heater did not work during our stay. We stayed in two of their family rooms but the heater was useless. 4. Don't expect complete set of toiletries. We were only provided with 3 bars of soap. No dental kits. They provide sets of rubber slippers. 5. No bath floor mats provided. 6. Free WiFi is available but I had better connection speed when I used data network. Overall, I would still highly recommend Neuhaus Inn and would probably stay here whenever we travel to Legazpi.

  DOES NOT DISAPPOINT

  I last reviewed the hotel in 2014. It does not disappoint. Our room was off the reception and large with a refrigerator and flat screen TV. Modern a/c unit. It had two small double beds. Pleased to find BBC World Service TV channel available. Hotel is very close to airport. It is NOT within easy walking distance of city centre, shops, malls or eateries. Minor complaints: -Had to pull refrigerator out to plug it into the wall socket behind. -Musty smell inside wardrobe and too few hangers. -Sliding window could not be secured. -Had to pay Php1000 deposit on top of room rate. I usually avoid hotels that think I may steal their towels. -Fire escape map inside room door slightly inaccurate, although good enough to get you out in emergency. Likes Spaciousness BBC TV News
