  Comfortable hotel with fantastic breakfast

  We're looking for stop-over sleep on our way to Denmark and Neues Parkhotel was a choice, just because they had rooms for 3 still available. So we had no high expectations, and non-impressive exterior was fully inline with these. However rooms, service and staff makes this hotel a pleasant surprise. Receptionist was very friendly and briefed us where we can still have some light meal late at night. Hotel is located in the town centre, so we found one restaurant still open in a few minutes walking distance. There is also a big underground public parking, with direct entrance to the hotel, so it was no problems to access the hotel by car and park it. We liked the room - spacious, with large and well equipped bathroom, very comfortable beds and clean. Only problem was the crazy noise from the seagulls, that started early morning gathering on the roof of the adjacent low-rise building. We had to close the windows to suppress this seashore acoustics, but it was still not easy to sleep. Breakfast is something fantastisch - definitely one of the best we had during the last years in such type of hotels. Abundant, with wide and gurmet choice and beautifully presented. It was a great final for our stay. Good value and good quality hotel.

  Nice and fresch hotel right in the centre

  A well-located hotel, nice rooms with a very fresh bathroom. An excellent breakfast was included, and parking was cheap (3 EUR/night). The hotel is located more or less in the centre with easy access to shops and restaurants The major complaint we have is that there was no air condition. It's partly our own fault, we should have found out before we made the booking. Our room (108) was a bit noisy since it was located directly over the patio where people were talking quite loud until very late in the night. Without air condition we had to have our windows open and listen to the people talking. Unfortunately, the water pipes where squeaking, both in our and adjacent rooms. This meant that our morning also was a bit noisy. This may be a local problem around room 108, we simply do not know. If the room have had air condition our rating would increase to a 4.

  Overpriced for a budget hotel...

  Stayed here overnight at a triple room with my family for a stopover. Paid 120Eur for a basic room, that felt like a dormitory. The facade of the hotel looked old and grey, with graffiti at the back. No charm at all and the entrance from the elevator to the room has glass doors with screens that looked like a hospital corridor. The room is spacious but bed is hard, it is a basic room which is clean and functional. However for the tab of 120Eur WITHOUT breakfast, you expect a little bit more of a comfortable stay. The wifi was not good either. As point of comparison, a day before this stop, we stayed in Marriott in Munich which is a 5-star hotel, for a family room with breakfast for 4, we paid approximately 135Eur. Parking ia free and front desk staff was friendly. The location is ok which is close to the park. I hope the hotel would invest in making this place a little bit more charming and make it more like a "park" hotel and take advantage of of the location with green surroundings. Review your price point and maybe be more competitive.

  Psssst....what a positive surprise in Neumünster...

  ... if you see the hotel from outside at first glance you think OMG and about the 80s ... but if you come in you are very pleasantly surprised ... very friendly staff at the reception ... and the rooms are Absolutely up to date ... free bottle of water ... very good free WIFI ... and very quiet .. located directly on a park ... fast on foot in the city center of Neumünster ... the breakfast room is a bit tight and the coffee could be tastier in my opinion .. but the tastes are luckily different ... great stay ... thanks

  Perfect location and very friendly reception

  Perfect location close to the Outlet and walking distance to the local shopping street in the city. Modern and spacious room. Very clean. Great shower. Great parking outside the hotel. There is an underground garage, but we did not use it. The bed is a little bit too hard for my back otherwise everything is perfect. The personal in the reception is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is average. Check in and out is fast and easy. 3 min. walk from the hotel is a great steak restaurant Rancho Grande. We will come back.
