  Good comfortable hotel for a decent price, not far from the pretty old town of Xanthi.

  We just stopped by on our search for a hotel for one night. The hotel is a not too old building. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and bathroom. Normal breakfast included in the price, which made this a good value for money. Large free parking in front of the hotel. By car, the pretty old town of Xanthi is 5 minutes away and is a must. It is build against the hill and has many nice old houses, cafes, bars an views.

  Not okay

  Unfortunately the room was overpriced. The bathroom was very small end smelly (sink?) but it was clean. Breakfast could be better, not a very high variety. Room was ok but the beds are very old. Wouldnt stay another night over here.

  Decent choice...

  Nestos is a low priced but very clean hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was satisfying. It has a convenient parking and it is located relatively close to the center of Xanthi but since it's on the main road you will not hit the traffic of the center. Very good choice if you are traveling for work. What I didn't like is that the heating was with air-condition. The sound-proofing was horrible. And the room was poorly decorated.

  Well worth the price

  Although this is an old hotel, it is located just on the outskirts of the city, with parking at the front. On checking in, you are offered a traditional liqueur as a welcome drink. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, basic bathroom products provided, bottled water and welcome sweet. The shower has a curtain which isn't ideal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast more than adequate. Exceeded our expectations and with a little renovation, it could be great.

  A renovated 2 to 3 star Hotel just 15 minutes walk from the central square of Xanthi

  We arrived without a reservation, the lady at reception gave us a warm welcome and offered us a room on the third floor overlooking the main street. The room was small but pleasant newly decorated and with all the amenities in place. The bathroom of a good size and with a practical shower. The King size bed was big enough for a couple although we were not very satisfied with the mattress. There was a big window to open and curtains to keep the light out but in this case, there was a lot of noise from the road. If you keep the windows closed and have the aircon on there is no noise at all so you can have a good sleep. Aircon worked OK but we are not very fond of it. A TV set was also there for us to use if we wanted to. Parking outside the hotel was available and free. Breakfast which was included in the rate was served in our room due to Covid-19 regulations. Tray type breakfast like offered in a plane quite rich plus coffee of our preference. Overall a good stay at a competitive price. Check-in, check- out staff were well mannered and professional.
