  Muy sencillo

  Reservé en este hotel conociendo la ubicación ya que en otros años ya había estado en la ciudad, pero siempre en casa no en hoteles. Por fuera es espectacular, entras y también, pero luego lo que es el hotel... el personal de recepción me ha dejado mucho que desear, la habitación no es lo que me esperaba por las fotos vistas previamente. Eso si, para pasar un par de días esta bien porque está muy céntrico. Calidad/precio: aceptable.

  Great Value

  Spent one night here before heading further into the country for a wedding. Beautiful building, friendly staff,comfy beds. Very close to all the bars, restaurants,shops. Would definitely set up camp here again.

  Nice Guest House

  Nice place, perfect location(in the city center), very communicate staff. Room with all hygiene supplies. For the whole period, every day, clean a room that is not thought of as a guesthouse. 100 % come back

  Beautiful building, clean and big size Room, very well communicated!!!

  I've booked last minutes for a Guest House and was not expecting a Hotel, to be honest, the building is amazingly beautiful, I didn't have the time to dig into the history of the building, but I am sure, it's part of the historic block of the Old City! I love the location, very well communicate and easy to find. I was only for one night and got there late, so I didn't have too much time to explore the public area of the Hotel itself, but my Room was big, very clean and if the toiletry offered were better, the toilette could have easily matched any 4 and 5 Stars Hotel as well for the room if the TV channels works. Besides the TV not working properly! 4 peoples woke me up at 1ish and they were shouting at each other almost until 3:00, despite having reported the issue to the reception 3 times, I am unsure if at the end they went quite by their own or if it was because the receptions had a chat with them. If it was not because of these issues I would have given 5 stars. Advise: if you are getting there late, it's advisable to eat something before check-in in, they don't even have snacks available after 22h00

  Beware of the dragon!

  Incredibly rude front desk administrator. It felt like I was checking into an international flight through customs and not into a cheap hotel. Definitely NOT recommended for a relaxing stay! If giving a minus rating was possible this would bey first. I went to the bar and was met with a different experience, Agne was amazing, unfortunately she wasn't enough to remove the bitter taste of the front desk. Not a good way to greet guests! I was refused even to post a picture of this dragon, so be warned!!!
