Delightful Bed and Breakfast.Just returned from a 2 night stay at Nephin House B & B. This is everything that a B & B should be. A lovely welcome from the lady of the house, Teresa. A cup of tea and home made apple pie on arrival. We had to be up early on Saturday morning so she provided a delicious Irish Breakfast. We had a late breakfast on Sunday morning , so it's very versatile, depending on the clients' schedule. The bedroom was lovely - and hairdryer and shampoo was provided. Also thanks to Austin for making himself available on a busy weekend to taxi us.

A B&B that put a smile on my faceEverything and more was right in this B&B. Large room, large bathroom, good size comfy bed, pleasant landlady, amongst other things nice french toast for breakfast, pubs and restaurants 10 mins walk. So far nothing unusual but then the things that made me very happy. After entering room number 3 we found a hallway with access to the bedroom on one side and the bathroom straight ahead. Very spacious. The shower was electronic with a strong water stream. There was a soap dish and a shampoo holder. No rubber shower mat in the showet but a non-slippery floor. Towel rack was not above the toilet nor above the toilet brush but in a more pleasant place. In the corner of the bathroom was a rack for toiletries. Cotton wool pads and sticks were provided. Hairdryer was provided. The bathroom had a window. Air freshener was also provided. In the bedroom was a full size mirror as well as a large tiltable make-up mirror. Tea making facilities. Bed, two chairs, tv, chest of draws, build-in wardrobe. About 7 power sockets so no fiddling about with all your devices! Chocolates by the entrance when we came home at night. and a choice of cheeses for breakfast. All of these things we have not come across in many other B&B's so we found it very special. If you want to stay in a feel-good B&B go to this one.

Home away from HomeTeresa spoiled us for all other B & B's to come. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling! Her hospitality was exceptional! She has a wealth of information about the area and Ireland in general.
