Very nice
Hotel entrance is lovely and grand. Woman on the check in desk very friendly on arrival. Our room was very modern and clean. Speaker from tele into the bathroom a very nice touch. Having kitchen hob and cooking equipment very useful. Small balcony was nice. Dining table a good size for the two of us. Beds very comfy. Very nice shower. Close to everything we needed. Only problem we had was, we had purposely booked this room so we could cook ourselves, as we were travelling the French Riviera over the span of a month it was important to us that we could eat some of our own food as eating out is very expensive and repetitive. However our toaster kept tripping the electric in the room. It didnt matter what plug it was in. The electric man came to fix it and when we explained our toaster problem just said its Bad and said that this is a problem they have with all the rooms and toasters. Small inconvenience I know but just slightly annoying when we then wasted the food we bought and ended up having to eat out. Everything else was lovely

Excellent apart/hotel
Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent clean and modern room with small balcony. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable, and the bathroom couldnt be faulted. Staff were extremely kind. The rooms arent cleaned daily, you have to pay to get your room cleaned and the pool wasnt in use. However this wasnt an issue for us. Its very close to the train station and easy to get to. The only thing that couldve made the stay better was if Netflix was available (only YouTube was) however maybe thats a good thing, otherwise wed be Hotel bound. Very good hotel and would love to say here again when in Cannes.

Good hotel stay
This apart hotel is modern and clean. It lives up to all the reviews. Our suite had a very comfy king size bed with a good sized en suite bathroom. A really handy thing was our toilet was separate to the bathroom which comes in handy when there are two of you sharing. There was a living room with a kitchenette and a dining room table although the little kitchenette was padlocked over so I assume this was an extra cost. We didnt bother with this as we were not planning on cooking but did make the living room a bit ugly. The fridge was accessible. There was a kettle with some cups and saucers and a little bit coffee and tea although I am sure the blurb said coffee maker in the room. This doesnt get replenished. There were a few what looked like bleach marks on the nice new carpet. Our room had a lovely little balcony from the bedroom and the living room overlooking a little peaceful courtyard which was pretty. One thing which caused as major annoyance was getting in and out of all the doors. The doors to the stairs up to the first floor slammed and shuddered the building. The doors in to and out of the courtyard were a nightmare. Do you push them or pull them?? And they squeaked and slammed all night long. All staff at the desk were friendly but we did have to beg for a hairdryer at reception. No maid service as advertised but there is a hoover and mop bucket in the room if you fancy doing a bit yourself. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the room/suite was good apart from the doors slamming and possibly the dark blue in the living room making the place a bit dark.

Clean and convenient. Modern.
Relatively new hotel. Within walking distance to Palais and beach. Short walk down, takes about 5 to 8 mins. Convenient. Hotel room is modern and big. I got a room with a balcony which is wonderful. Comes with kitchen which I didn't make use of. Only downside is the shower area which has no rack to put your shampoo and shower gel bottles. And water spills onto the dry area vanity as there's no door separating the two areas. Hotel is just off the main street so it's quiet. There is laundry at the basement but instructions not cleared. However, overall, very happy with the hotel and location. Service staff are friendly. Breakfast is OK although it will be nice if there are varieties everyday. Will stay there again.

Something to improve, but a lot of potential
Missing panel at entrance of hotel indicating where is the parking: you must enter to get indications by voice and hand drawing (each people that comes by car ask the same question: be prepared!). Corridors and room not well cleaned. Sauna without instructions (people enter with shoes) and no indications of temperature and humidity.. Coffee machines downstairs run out the coffee one day of 4 of our stay (is a very good coffee). Air conditioning in the room is too hard and make the air too dry in the night. At checkin we had a lot of delay and queue and 1 person at the desk (Russian and English speaking) answer in a bit rude way. Last day the key-card stopped. working around 10 minutes before 11.00 am, at desk they admit that is a bug of the system. For the rest is a very good place, fantastic position, all new. Probably need just to improve a bit the organization of the staff and will be perfect.
