  Short stay

  We have been here before in bay view which was lovely so we are back , this time we are in room 16 nice room comfortable and parking little balcony pool on the roof top . Best location price is fantastic the manager John and his son are so friendly and make you feel very welcome . We will stay here again and recommend

  The perfect location

  This motel is right in Nelson Bay, and only a few minutes walk from everything in the town - just perfect. The people who run the motel were most helpful and friendly. There is everything you need in the room, which included a clothes washing machine and drier, plus a kitchenette. We had wonderful three day stay.

  Perfect location and great host

  Had a great experience! Chris is very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with a very nice terrace. Has all the amenities you require (fridge, microwave, toaster, free parking included...) And you cant make it more centrally located. We will definitely come back.

  If you do not want to be disappointed, stay somewhere else

  If you do not want to be disappointed, just stay somewhere else. Nelson Towers Motel definitely does not qualify for 3 stars, in my opinion, it is not even qualified for 1 star .... The pictures on the site are certainly very different to what you actually receive. I have travelled a lot and stayed in all sorts of accommodation, including some in 3rd world countries, where you can expect no hot water, no working light, lack of toiletries .... I couldnt imagine that in one of Australia' most s popular locations such as Nelson Bay! The accommodation was in such terrible state, worse than in undeveloped countries: broken floor tiles everywhere, visibly dirty walls and sealing, covered with patches of paint over dirt, no hot water, broken light, vents covered in dust, extremely minimal furniture and no toiletries. When you book 3 star accommodation for 2 people, you expect double bad, two side tables, two towels, toiletries for two people... you also expect it to be clean... Nelson Towers Motel had none of this !

  Great Location

  I recently stayed for 1 night here. I arrived late...due to my flight in from Brisbane. The Manager made contact early in the day....and advised me to call once I was at the front door. He was great, and the late check in was not an issue. Plenty of restaurants and shops within metres of the motel. Would absolutely stay again...!!
