  Fantastic holiday!

  Great hotel perfectly located by the beach and a short walk from the marina. We arrived late at night and found dinner in our bedrooms - That was a nice touch! Clean modern rooms, friendly staff and good food. The poolside was also lovely, even the music that they played there. We did not have any problems finding sun beds (Maybe this was a problem in peak summer). Hotel entertainment was okay (nothing to write home about), but it was great excuse to wander into the city for a drink or two! We were fortunate enough to catch the medieval festival procession. Perfect weather of 31 degrees during our stay! I highly recommend, and if you can go for sea view room and all inclusive. We will definitely be back!

  Perfect holiday again

  This hotel has a perfect quiet location near the beach and the marina. Plenty of bars near by. Night clubs are a short walk away. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the facilities are first class. Lovely reception area, pool area and indoor there is a pool, gym, hairdressers and massage. Dining room large and airy with plenty of choice of food. Bedrooms are clean and linen changed frequently. Bedrooms are good. Sea view over bay is great. All staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks once again Angelos and everyone for a great holiday.

  A good vacation

  It's a good hotel. Beach is nearby. There was some problem with overbooking when we arrived, so we were transferred to Nelia Garden, which is 2 minutes away from Nelia Beach. We got a better room than previously booked, so it was not so bad. We had breakfast at Nelia Garden and it was not so great. Lunch and dinner was at Nelia Beach, and it was excellent, and the staff there was very friendly.

  Great holiday

  Just got back a weeks holiday! The breakfast was superb, the pool area lovely and always clean, the rooms spacious and modern. It is hard to believe the hotel is 3 stars I thought it would deffo be 4*. 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to where all the restaurants . I would deffo recommend this hotel

  We opted for this hotel as it is a 'beach' hotel. You can indeed see the beach from the hotel but there is no access from the hotel- you have to leave the hotel grounds and walk down the main road to get to the beach. The beach itself is run by a beach club combined with the municipality therefore standard charges apply- there are no beds reserved for this hotel. The hotel next door however, has beds there and direct access- this an actual beach hotel. Ok the other places. The rooms are nice and fairly spacious but with very limited in terms of storage. We had an inland view which was actually the alley between the two hotels. The title of this review refers to the major issue which we had at this hotel - it was a local place for local people. By all accounts we thought this was to do with the covid issues - however it seemed too engrained in the way the hotel operated to be a new trend. Locals, often with their whole family, frequented the hotel pool everyday of of stay, taking up the sunbeds and umbrellas ( which were in short supply due to covid regs) meaning that tourists, at times, could not get a bed by the pool. They were also waited on around the pool - seemingly as they were paying cash, which meant that the tourists who were AI were left queuing waiting to be served. As aforementioned the visitors seemed to be treated to a much higher standard than any other guests, even extending to Greek music being played throughout the day at the poolside - seemingly on repeat. I have stayed on many places here and even listen to the local radio and even that plays a variety of different music. The final straw for us was when we walked in from a night out to find that the barrier to the 'guest only' car park was lifted and the place was over run with double parked vehicles. The carpark itself was often full as normally the guests would not have cars, plus the day trippers filled any spare spots. We mentioned it to the staff inside and initially got a look of 'mind your own' followed by the excuse that - "it's the bank holiday we always open up plus they will all be gone in a few days.'?! Other hotels offered entertainment- here there was none. Other hotels did not open their car park as a free for all but here it seemed policy. As a resident but none Cypriot I felt like a second class citizen in this hotel. No rules were abided by in the pool area ( people smoking and eating in the actual pool and glass bottles in the pool - despite the fact that the AI guests only being given tiny plastic cups.) Finally the AI drinks were a joke, the local spirits they are using are the absolute cheapest and lowest % possible and the menu was highly restricted, simple cocktails which were priced the same as those on the menu were not included. I would not go back to this hotel even if it was free just because of how poorly it was managed. The upside is that the bar and wiring on staff were wonderful and very attentive.
