  We stayed in sea view room. Hotel room was excellent and the staff behaviour also too good. All the safety measures following at covid time,Beach view also too good.Polite invite to guest,....Room maintenance is good

  Very good rooms with excellent view....Room was very clean..just near to the beach...specialy staff behaviour is nice thanks to Amal ..location of the hotel is very nice... center of the sea...we will come back again..thanks..

  Amazing Beach Resort

  This was my fourth visit to Kovalam along with family, and we chose to holiday at The Newton's Neelakanta Boutique Beach Resort for our New Year celebrations. Excellent location right next to the beach with magnificent views of the Ocean as well as the beaches. The rooms are tastefully and adequately furnished, with all the basic amenities, and more. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful despite the adversities in the time of the pandemic. The only difficulty we faced was in lugging our bags from the Parking Lot to the Hotel, a distance of just about 100 meters. Parking Fee was paid by the Hotel. The resort does not have a lift, which may be an impediment for senior citizens. Though their Restaurants, Spa n Health Club and Swimming Pool were closed due to the restrictions on account of the pandemic, yet they laid out a very elaborate and tasty buffet dinner for the resident guests on New Year's eve at a very nominal fee. The Neelakanta Resort would be my first preference for all future family Holidays at Kovalam. Highly recommended for beach loving families - you couldn't ask for more. Our most sincere compliments to the Mangement and Staff for this wonderful holiday.

  Excellent Hotel and Staff

  I stayed in this hotel on 18th December, 2020. It was really wonder to get this high class hotel room for the lowest rate. The staff, Mr.Amal is so nice person. It was a batchlor trip, but i would go again with family and will stay in the same hotel only. Because, i personally check several hotel rooms and rates in the same area, and this room for the lowest rate is really amazed me. Thanks a lot Amal.

  Excellent stay..

  neelakanta resort ..we stayed here two nights..rooms are very cleaned..and nice view from the room..nice staff cooperative....we enjoyed it we will come back again with my all family..thaks ..to all neelakantha team.
