  Quiet retreat

  I took my 2 children to this lovely hotel. I had read reviews and i was rather anxious as they were not great and i was holidaying for the first time without my partner. We arrived late and had missed our evening meal. The cook reopened and we had omelettes. Our room was small but it was clean. The balcony area was poor and we had nowhere to dry our towels. The pool area was fairly quiet. My children loved the water slides. We stayed as HB for 2 weeks . The food was typical turkish cuisine which we all enjoyed. When busy, you had to queue for food. The staff spoke little English bit were friendly and helpful. This fairly small hotel is in a remote area but within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. A short taxi, arranged by staff, took us into a livelier town. I would recommend this hotel to families wanting a quiet, relaxing time.

  Loved Nazar Gardens!!

  So we specifically chose this hotel after staying quite close to it the year before.. The year before we stayed in a villa nearby but had spent a couple of days by the pool in Nazar Gardens using the slide facilities and eating lunch etc. This was enough to fall in love with it and book a 3 week stay directly with the hotel for the following summer. What sold it to us was everything about it.. Location:- very peaceful, 10 minute walk to the beach and some restaurants. 1 minute walk to a couple of small shops as well as the taxi rank and dolmus stop. Its a little bit out of the way if your lookking for hustle and bustle but less than 10 minute by car/dolmus/taxi into Calis town centre. This was exactly how we liked it as very peaceful surroundings where the hotel is. The hotel itself is run by family. Its kept spotlessly clean and in fact in the 3 weeks we were there they emptied and scrubbed the pool TWICE!! before refilling it with fresh clean water.. I have to admit I had never seen this done before in any hotels I've ever stayed in and when I asked the owner why they did that.. His response was.. "less infections for the kids". I was very impressed!! The landscaping of the hotel is lovely with lots of plants, flowers and palm tree's. A lot of fresh produce grown in the surrounding gardens which are then used in the food they cook. The food was absolutely lovely with good variations to choose from. Dinner was always a couple of different main dishes to choose from and then about 10/12 different salads and sides to choose from.. They always did lovely soup as well with lots of fresh bread available every night. The family that run it are very accommodating and helpful. The hose on my shower split one morning and when I told the manager it was replaced by the time I got back into the room in the afternoon. The slides are very well maintained and they are quite strict with people using them to ensure safety and no injuries. This was great for us as it meant we could truly relax whilst our kids just got on with it and not have to worry too much about them horsing around or being unsafe with the slides. They threw a Turkish night with entertainment etc once a week, however in the evenings reccomend you go into calis where its very busy but child friendly as no cars etc are allowed to drive through after 6pm and the kids can have a wander whilst you relax as you can see up and down most of the main parade. There's also a huge choice of days out to be had that cater for the whole family from this location.. whether it be a boat trip, parasailing, jeep excursions, go karting, quadding, water parks and water rafting... We were a party of 2 females and 4 kids and felt extremely safe and secure the whole time. Honestly I couldn't recommend this place more if you are looking for somewhere relaxing and family friendly..

  AMAZING!!! Just genuinely amazing!

  Upon reading reviews before we set off i can say i was a little anxious as some read badly. But upon arriving and staying for a week i assure you the bad reviews seem to be(the english ones anyway) all the PERSONS own problems. Them not liking the food and complaining the TV is only Turkish......You're in turkey. *sigh* regardless. Upon arrival we saw a beautiful, quiet and very well presented hotel and even heard a few people on our shuttle whisper that they wish they'd booked Nazar Garden instead. We were warmly welcomed by the staff who gave us our room key and asked if we would like Air Con, whilst i was a little shocked it was extra, it turned out to be only 30 lira which is roughly £7.50 for week for aircon but regardless i would reccomend getting it. Its extemely powerful and is nice at night. You can actually sleep well rather than sweating to death. Rooms were cleaned every day and to a very high standard. Obviously the tap water is not to be drunk but for a 1.5 litre bottle of iced mineral water it is 2 lira (50p) so how can you complain!. Whilst there we had belly dancers and one HELL of a pool party. It was insane. British music blasting out, all the staff coming round grabbing everyone and throwing them into the pool, it was the most fun ive ever had. Obviously they let us put our phones safely away first hahaha but it was still a hoot. Food buffet was great, if it doesnt tickle your fancy then by all means order off the menu. It is extra but we are talking 50 lira for a t-bone steak which is the most expensive!! Burger pizzas chicken grill all 10-15 lira. So you wont break the bank if you want to order off Buffet. The owner and eldest male worker spoke perfect english, the rest did struggle but this didnt affect us. The two english speakers could not do enough for us. Always checking how we were. And always smiling. The pool or pools were also spotless. PH level checked end of every day and on one day it was a little too high for the owners liking so he insisted it was drained and refilled immediently that night ready for tomorrow. Water slides were clean. No rust. No damage and Fun fun fun!! Highly reccomend for families and couples alike. Thanks for an amazing stay we will be back Sam and Charlotte. W Yorkshire ENGLAND!!

  AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

  Rude staff. Terrible food. Uncomfortable beds. Dirty rooms. Constantly bombarded by huge crowds of locals at meal times. The family running the place are rude, aggressive and clearly have no interest in their guests' experience whatsoever. Please, please, please book somewhere like Defne Pansiyon (just around the corner) instead!!

  Disgracefull

  Terrible service.... Dirty room...Toilet stops flushing at certain times...shower water slows down modurity of the time...Really far to central Fethiye...Person at the reception was so nice until he took the money then a 360 degree turn around to plain old rude....
