Muy buena opción
No esperábamos una villa tan grande... grata sorpresa. Son villas bonitas, grandes pero sin grandes lujos. El personal del hotel nos consiguió un coche y así pudimos recorrer la isla. El hotel muy bueno y el pueblito y las playas cercanas muy bonitas.

amazing stay
my partner and i stayed here just recently for 2 days It was a wonderful stay with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel organise a courtesy taxi to pick up from the port/airport and also arrange a complimentary dropoff. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite even though there was only the 2 of us. The finishing inside the villas are excellent. Full kitchen facilities available. Our flat had a pool, bathtub and spa upstairs. We had views of the sea and the lake. We were given a fruit platter on welcome which was a nice touch. The food and drinks very is very affordable for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is the usual spread of hot and cold - its basic but serves the purpose. The seaside town of Agios Prokopios is around 15min walk and Naxos Town is a 7-10min taxi that is around 12-13euro's. It is not walkable as its too hot! Would highly recommend this place for couples, families and groups of friends

DISAPPOINTING
Our arrival at this hotel was most disappointing with functional administration and general lack of any sense of a warm welcome. Shown to our room (Garden View Suite with private pool) we were not provided with any direction such as use of a/c ( which was switched off when we arrived), setting up of the safe (no instructions available), fridge (which was on, but empty- no milk for the coffee) etc ; it all felt like - here is your room, have a good night. Normally, I dont look or need for any help, but it would have been nice to have been offered, particularly after such a poor initial welcome. A resort guide book in the room both to the resort facilities and local area information would have been helpful. When I did ask for assistance it was provided, but you had the feeling of being an inconvenience and it was not always accurate as experienced when trying to catch a local bus to Naxos - wrong location for pick up, not advised that tickets had to be bought in advance (not available on the bus) and timing. Considering the high rating of this resort the room felt basic - very open plan, sunken open bath 2-ft away from the bed, small shower and sinks/toilet that you felt were in the room - little privacy. However, the private pool and outside area was very well maintained, an excellent size, pleasant and as described . Breakfast is self service to the extent of setting-up your own table, however the food was of a very good standard and provided hot and cold choices, and excellent desserts. The housekeeping was friendly and done to a good standard - linen and towels changed daily. I have read many trip advisor reports when I have felt that the editor was being overly negative or simply moaning, and I dont want this report to be considered in this way. We always look for the positive wherever we stay, and this resort does have some redeeming aspects with a lovely open pool available to all residents, which is well maintained and with good views. It is 10-15 mins walk to the small town of Prokopis, which has a number of excellent restaurants offering a variety of menues to meet all tastes, as well as a very good beach. Tip. The walk is along a narrow road and I would suggest not to do it in the dark - a taxis from the town to the hotel is not cheap at 8 - 10 one-way (approx 2-miles). There are some very good hotels in the town which would be worth considering. Booking a hire car was well managed by the hotel and very worth having for a day as you can visit most of the key island attractions. You can go on a local coach trip for 25 pp (8.30 - 18.00) around the island, but I heard reports that it can be rushed giving little time to really appreciate the history and unique attractions of this lovely Island. In summary: The small resort/town of Agios Prokopios is very nice, excellent beaches, restaurants, a few shops and close (approx. 1km from Prokopios) to the picturesque little harbour of Ag Anna. It is a 20-min bus trip (1.80 pp each way) to the Port of Naxos, which is definitely worth visiting particularly the old town/caste area - Restaurant 1785 offers the best view of Naxos town. If your main criteria is a private pool then I suggest that, what appears to be family run Naxian Utopia, would be worth considering. However, I wouldnt recommend Naxian Utopia luxury villas and suites if you are looking for a 4-5 star experience; I would suggest that there are better hotels/suites available both in Prokopios and Ag Anna. Best tip: Pre-book all your taxi transfers from your airport/Port of entry to the hotel as getting a taxi will be a challenge; there is little difference in cost. However, I would suggest it is best to book a taxis directly via the resort for your return journey as having experienced difficult with pre-booked return transfers you can have confidence that the hotel transport will leave on time.

Perfect Stay
This hotel was home for 4 nights and we would have been happy to stay longer. Clean comfortable room with a private pool. A lovely simple breakfast was enjoyed on our terrace every morning followed by lazy days by the pool or time exploring the nearby restaurant, cafes and beaches of Agios Prokopios which was an easy 15min walk. If you want to explore the island then definately hire a vehicle, there are so many different beaches, restaurants and bars to explore. We would absolutely stay at Naxian Utopia again.

Perfect stay
This is really a perfect place to stay. In a quiet spot. Just 15 minutes walk from the beach. 10 minutes walk from nearest town (supermarket) We loved it. On a perfect spot. Private pool. All is very clean and hygienic. Great villa and great breakfast. Very friendly people. Time to relax.
