  Disappointed

  I have use this place with my family for a dinner and was realy disappointed, we have order untill that was ok, when food came espacially pizza for children was disaster is not good to say for food disaster but realy dosen't have taste for pizza( kids has order with tuna fish and tuna don't have but the use to put lot of onions) smell very bad. I did not expect such a thing in a place that is consider 4 stars.

  Not recommendable.....

  My review will be 35% good and 65% bad. Hotel itself is ok, bathroom rather small and our room rather big. The room was cleaned and the staff friendly. Lunch was ok and well served. The bad things, nobody offered to us the welcome drink, even it was promised. We asked for the bicycles and couldn't get them for whatever reasons. The breakfast was a real disaster, things were missing and coming in pieces. People waiting in the queue to grab something because to be served like a real breakfast it was impossible. If I will pay another visit in Razem, for sure this hotel will not be my choice.

  Terrible hotel

  My one day relax vacation goes just stressful. Booked suite and when i go there they gave me a standard room , and telling that this standard room was similiar as suite At the restaurant u have to wait 1 hour the waiter te response and send you menu . I am not going there again . Very Disappointed .

  Poor Service

  Beautiful place beautiful nature , beautiful building, good rooms, and a big big disasters the service , I am so disappointed with the food and the staff, nothing was like it was in description in the package that I bought. I suggest to the menagment of the hotel, to investigate and to improve the service... I do not recommend to anyone...... this hotel and restaurant.... Sorry for the reviews but this is the filling that I go from you....

  Not worth it!

  Horrible service, horrible food, overpriced, tiny bathrooms, payed 100 and food was not fresh, it was coocked several days ago, even water was not included in the price. We had to pay extra also for the bread. Not recommended at all.
