  Dogs friendly place:)

  We had an apartament for 4 people and our dog. We travel quite a lot with him, but it was first time he get necessary stuff, water, dog blanket and a gift:) apartament is big with 2 sleeping rooms, leaving area, kitchen. The only thing I don't like was the furnitures and toalet. Simply, too old, i think from 70s. The area around is superb - lots of space for outdoor activity, walking, seating outside. You feel like in a village 200 years ago. And the restaurant in excelent - fresh, traditional local cousine with nice beer at reasonable price.

  All you need to have sucesfull winter holidays

  Very good location of the village. The chalets are well located towards the main building (we were in the last chalets but it was still convenient to walk to the reception, if needed. and the recreation building. Maybe the swimming pool could have been a little bit bigger so that the playing kids would not disturb the swimming adults. The apartment itself very well equipped with everything you might need. Our dog got also warm welcome which included welcome food package and the bedding. The surrounding area is very nice with walking paths and playground stations. The slope located in the proximity of the chalets is well maintained for the sledge rides - very much appreciated by the kids. We liked the area around - beautiful lakes and proximity of bigger town (Villach) so we consider comaing back either next winter or even this summer to explore more.

  No Internet, cold, ridiculously small beds/sofas, cleaning problems

  I have rented an apartment for 4 persons. First of all, if you need Internet, don't go there. The Internet is not working. You can connect to the wifi router but the Internet is not working. The apartment had 2 beds which are like 1.85m in length. It also had 2 sofas which weren't even prepared for sleep. Also so tiny. Like made for children. In the first night the heating wasn't working and it was cold, 18 degrees Celsius in the room. Otherwise the apartment is OK in size and it's nicely equipped. The bathroom is also nice but I found urine stains on the toilet bowl. Clearly it wasn't cleaned at all or it was a poor cleaning job. Also in the first day a person entered the apartment without notice or knocking to change a light bulb. The property is located in a nice location, it's rustic.

  Avoid!!! Disgusting rooms, disgusting food... bad service

  Bad Service, bad room, low quality food. Avoid!!!! There are only 58 reviews and overall rating does not match with our experience. Apartments are super old and broken plus dirty. The food is disgusting, service nice but utterly incompetent (oh my god) and I wouldnt have dared to leave my 7 year old alone in the kids club in fear of injuries... Dogs all over the place - peeing against trees, walls, pillars, tables and chairs.... No idea how we ended up with the impression this is a place we should book, what a mistake-never to be repeated again.

  Money well spent

  We traveled with two kids - 3yo and 7months old, looking for some rest after long stressful time during covid. It was a great choice! Reception worked well, very kind, answered patiently all questions. Our house was clean and cozy, with all baby equipment we might have needed- including bathtub for baby! There are two pools in the village, indoor and outdoor, indoor water was great for our baby. Pools are small but all we needed. Next to the pool is a baby klub with lots of toys and caretakers! Thats amazing, because we could stay longer by the pool, since kids didnt have such a long exposure to sun. They went inside and played. While we stayed couple meters lying on sunbeds. We had breakfast included in our trip, it was satisfactory. Everyone can find what they like. I hope we get to go again. Fully recommended!
