  Italy's best kept secret!

  We spent a very relaxing and enjoyable week here at the beginning of August. The hotel is ideally located - in a quiet area but just a few minutes walk into town. Walking to the lake takes 10 to 15 minutes, but anyone with reduced mobility may struggle with the uphill walk back on a hot day. It's also easy to walk to the beautiful Il Parco Secolare degli Asburgo and then down to the station. We had a 'Comfort' room and it was comfortable, although there wasn't an abundance of drawer space for clothes. The bathroom had a very good shower but the shower base needed replacing as it was cracked. We had a fridge in the room which came in very handy in the hot weather. (One little 'niggle' was that the aircon in the rooms didn't always work and we had to mention this at Reception as it was extremely hot whilst we were there.) The food was very good and I particularly appreciated the gluten-free food provided for me. There was plenty of seating, both inside and outside the hotel, and drinks were available all day. Everywhere was kept really clean, and all the hotel staff were very friendly, even though we weren't able to speak much Italian. Most of the guests were Dutch, German or Italian and had driven to the resort. We went with Inghams and were the only ones going to Levico Terme so our transfers were by taxi which was great! The town is lovely and there was plenty of entertainment in the evenings: street music and dance, jazz, opera, band concert and a piano recital. We also visited Trento, by train, twice and nearby Lake Caldonazzo. We loved it here and would recommend the hotel and resort to anyone wanting to get away from the busier and more touristy places, and experience the authentic Italian life in quieter Levico Terme.

  Staying for a week in NatureBio Hotel Elite

  Nice building in light colors. Nice spacious room with good bed and bathroom. Good service, nice terrace. The daily menu and choices were OK, especially for the price paid. Location close to the centre of Levico

  Best family hotel we have ever stayed

  One of the best hotels we have ever been, and probably the best family owned business.Everything was perfect, the staff attention was remarkable, exceptionally clean rooms and wonderful restaurant that serves typical cousine from the Trentino area with local biological products.Location was fantastic - minutes from the center, a marvelous well maintained park which is great for walks in the summer heats and 15 min walk from the Levico lake. We feel that a 5-star rating is not enoigh for this property and we will definitely visit again. Thank you! Pesci family

  Comfortable stay, welcoming staff. Ideally located in Levico.

  The hotel is very close to the center of Levico and even the lake is accessible on foot for those who like to walk (20 min). We had a nice stay, the room is comfortable and clean, some furnitures are BIO and quite pleasant (shampoo...) The staff is welcoming and nice. I recommend

  A nice hotel in a nice place

  We had a fine stay in Hotel Bio Elite. Staff was friendly and helpfull, but not everyone speaks English. The beds were very good and the rooms were clean, those two things for me are the most important.
